We enjoyed our comfortable and spacious room, the large terrace and the wonderful view.
The covered parking was also great sheltering our car from the cold and the snow. The friendly staff was very helpful in providing us access to their electric charger to charge our car.
Location is perfect not only due to the beautiful views, but also due to the proximity to Gemmi cable car, to the bus stop that shortly reaches the Torrent cable car, and not the least, the pleasant short walk into the town's center.

The road to the village was a bit stressing but absolutely worth covering! Make sure to visit Therme and a place called "Thermalquellen-Weg & Steg(The Beginning Point)" on Google Maps - from there you take a path to an amazing waterfall hidden inside the canyon.

We like the spa area best.
We like the spa area best. There are public baths in Leukerbad but it's nice to avoid the crowds. There are both inside and outside pools. The water is warm. Breakfast is copious with a nice selection of foods - there's even fresh squeezed orange juice on tap and iced Prosecco. So, if you like a Mimosa in the morning - only degenerates and aristocrats drink early in the day - you'll be in 7th heaven. Dinner is very nice. Let me recommend a local white wine either as a cocktail or with the local fish - Petite Arvine. The staff are nice without being obsequious.

We visited leukerbad for a day to spend time in the hot thermal springs the town is famous for. It also has nice restaurants and very friendly people. The bus ride from the station was an uphill 30 min ride but with amazing views.
We went to the leukerbad Therme public spa for the three hour treatment for around 28 francs. Your hotel may have a coupon you can use to get in cheaper. Bring a towel or pay an extra 2 francs for a towel or 10 francs for a robe. They had at least 6 different thermal pools you could switch to. Most were Luke warm with lots of massaging jets but one was really hot with 110 degree water in an enclosed pool. There was a nearby cold tub to quickly cool off. You had plenty of options as to the type of aqua massage you wanted as there are several water jets available. It wasn’t crowded. People even stayed during the light rain. They had hair and body dryers afterwards and some showers. The sauna was extra money so we skipped. We then ate at Toms Saloon nearby for the most amazing beer and cheeseburger! The bar hostess was a sweetheart from Ireland who knew most everyone that walked in. It was a little taste of local flavor.
The hostesses were very friendly and helpful. Their communication (and English) was excellent. As other reviews have noted, the property finishes are dated (almost to the point of being retro-cool now), but my room and the common areas were very clean, the under building garage was very nice in the rain, and the hotel is walkably close to the thermes, restaurants, and other attractions in town. I liked it so much I stayed another night to enjoy a relaxing day in Leukerbad. The scenery there is stunningly beautiful.
the single room i had is big and clean and has a balcony (the view is to the forest); Hotel had excellent wifi, good breakfast ; location is near the Torrent skilift and has its own funicular which goes to the ski lift and to "Promenade" street . Otherwise you have to hike a bit :)
The lady from the reception is awesome- she is so helpful and polite , i believe you wont gonna find someone like her in the area :)
They have an amazing spa zone (roman style) with dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi, nice resting area
being able to use the baths were great. especially with kids. also the breakfast was amazing. the family room we had was very spacious. the rooms aren’t the most modern and the shower was a bit smelly. the hotel was very central and it was good that our stay included the snow pass which gave us free access to the childrens snow area.
The bed was so soft and comfortable! The staff let us check in an hour early without any problems. The hotel is connected to the thermal spa by underground walkways. The spa is an extra charge, the hotel pool is not. Was a great place to rejuvenate on the way back from a long hiking holiday. Plenty of restaurants in town.
1. Location is great.
2. Free access to the spa 3h/day from Checkin day to check out day, really nice!
3. Super nice staff from hotel reception to restaurant staff, the pool staff is nice too
4. Room is nice and ok( didn't smell anything strange like some other comments we read before)
We had an enjoyable stay at the Hotel Regina Therme. The hotel has an old-fashioned style but is very charming and beautiful. Historic building with a nice breakfast hall and indoor/outdoor swimming pools. Hotel and room were immaculately clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.
The reception and staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is located centrally, next to the Leukerbad Therme. We obtained a free parking slot. The classical Swiss (or German) breakfast (which I liked! ) was included in our stay. I hardly ever slept better than in this hotel.
During the stay we can visit Leukerbad Therme so many times and so long we want in free of charge. It is included in Hotel Price. Even the last day we can visit there after the check out.
The restaurant in Hotel is very good quality (of course the price is also not very low)
Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. Parking, though not on location but in public parking, is well priced. Thermal baths in hotel are good as long as not a big number of guests in the hotel are using it. Catering in restaurant and breakfast were good too.
Overall cozy and nice hotel but needs renovation. Some of the rooms partially renovated.
The personnel super pleasant and multilingual that helps a lot.
Beautiful and stylish restaurant with tasty food.
Big and sunny breakfast room with a stunning view.
Everything was ok, really good prepared apartment for nice weekend or longer in good looking Leukerbad :) 👏
+ coffee maker for dolce gusto
+ kettle and all neeeded appliances
+ experience of living in real apartment - not the hotel room
Breakfast was rich and tasty and the location just perfect (next door to the thermal baths). Hotel rooms have balconies with a stunning mountain view. It was great that cable car and thermal bath passes were included in the room price.
Excellent apartment in the heart of Leukerbad, just a few (pretty steep) steps away from the Therme. Well located and views are magnificent! Apartment itself is roomy and clean with good amenities.
Very good location, just two minutes walk to Leukerbad Therme, one-day-ticket included. The room is clean and quiet. The restaurant downstairs offers also delicious food with reasonable price.
Very nice and friendly stuff. Good location near Leukerbad Therme. Spacious clean room with an amazing view and comfortable bed. The dinner at the restaurant was amazing.
The location was perfect! Very near the bus station and the leukerbad therme! Which is why we came here for
The place is clean and the self check in was very easy
