Sydney is beautiful but beware that the room advertised a harbour view which was not the case. An extremely large tree was right outside my window. Therefore, it should be advertised as
'harbour glimpse' or alternatively 'obstructed harbour view'. Not worth the money spent.

Its ok.
Its ok. I only flew from Melbourne to Sydney for the Alphonse Mucha art exhibition.. which was excellent. The weather was excellent and the city is very walkable but also has a convenient and on-time public transport hub. Easy train ride from the airport.. about 15 mins to Central Station. There are numerous galleries that are free to walk into, only paying for special exhibitions. The first view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House are always breathtaking an something no-one should miss out on. The night life is fun and the numerous restaurants/cafes offer heaps of cultural variety. I stayed near Central Station and while the majority of cuisine was Thai, I did manage to find some great Chinese places for dinner while the Thai places actually did amazing Aussie style breakfasts like scrambled eggs with zucchini fritters.

Walking around the harbour and the opera house is fabulous, and the light rail, train to circular quay (what a view from the station!), and ferry around to Darling Harbour are great ways to explore this harbour city.

This was my first visit to Sydney, and it was an incredible experience that makes me eager to return again and again. The city is wonderfully walkable—you can explore for hours and still feel excited. There are numerous large supermarkets that stay open until midnight, which adds to the convenience. The city is clean, the people are friendly, and the public transportation system is efficient and easy to navigate.
Awesome hotel near CBD. it's clean and run by a Mgr called Donna. it's very clean.
near to opera house & CBD & circular quay. A nice breakfast will be provided, at least you can manage till 4 pm, without eating anything. Apart from the hotel, I like the coffee machine. I have also recommended to my office people to book this hotel when they attend Sydney. its very near to everything.
What a great stay. The staff are generous, kind and really professional. We loved the cleanliness, the great breakfast. We've previously stayed in other 'corporate' hotels in the CBD, that were significantly dearer, and this hotel, although further from Central Sydney, was a lot better.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a great view of Darling harbour. The apartment was huge with a separate office space/room. Great location with easy access to Town Hall station & CBD/Darling Harbour.
Great location in central city, rooms very compact with not a lot of space for luggage, bed was very hard. Remembering it is in Sydney CBD it was good value but not in comparison to other cities and hotels.
This hotel has a great location in the CBD only a few minutes walk from the Mall. The rooms are small but serviceable and the beds are comfortable. It is one of the best value hotels in central Sydney.
