Nothing. The place is filthy. Disgusting,Dirty.Un kept. Dirt and rubbish all through the Car Park. The rooms are falling apart. Maintenance is absolutely wanting. The whole place is a mess..vomit on the car park floors, the place used as a car park for the local car detailers. So hard to get a car park. Third world situation.
One cleaner on Saturday. ONE. My room was missed cleaning on multiple occasions. The keys never worked.
IT WAS EXPENSIVE. Terrible. I only liked the position for the reason I had to be there…..my dog was cleaner than anything there..
I wouldnt let him walk anywhere it was too dirty.

Close to our function address and the breakfast area was clean. The staff at desk ok but used self check as directed which I found a bit impersonal. No extra pillows in room cupboard and no hand towel. No cold water in fridge which would have been nice on arrival.

Never go to blacktown tavern.
Never go to blacktown tavern. It's a waste of money and time. If u want to get sick than go there. I vomited whole nite because the cattle had black fungus in it. Health and safety is a risk. U pay for hotel and on hot day air-conditioning is not working. U get told by the duty manager off the air-conditioning n open all windows n sleep. No one talks about fixing anything.

The receptionist are not that friendly and doesn't attend to customers query specially when it comes to refunds. We have been calling them and was told that they will ring us back once the manager is in but no call received. It is so frustrating. The hotel quality is so low, so dirty and locks are not working, paints chipped and trash underneath the bed.

The staff could have been a bit more helpful and a bit friendlier, the hotel really needs an upgrade, the breakfast menu really needs upgrading and they need more than one person in the kitchen and they need to upgrade the machines as some didn’t even work.
They need to put soundproof the windows as every bit of outside noise can be heard at all times of the day and night.

Excellent parking on site and good pub meals with bottle shop.
If you want to stay in Western Sydney, Blacktown Hotel is worthy of consideration.
The Hotel was very nicely set out. The staff on front desk were wonderful and extremely friendly and quick acknowledgement when you entered hotel.
The bar service was quick and greatly priced.
The rooms were exceptional. The beds were like a cloud to sleep on. The rooms were so so quiet that you got a great nights sleep. The Breakfast was amazing.
There was a drive in out the back. Wow.
Friendly and helpful staff...room and bathroom clean..basic set up..Older hotel however good value for money for the price if you need a place to rest for the night..plenty of parking...had lunch in hotel next door and food was great..we had a function in Parramatta and was great spot to stay out of the city about 12 minute drive.
We enjoyed all our meals at the Blacktown Tavern (Sportsman's Hotel) on the same property. Unfortunately, we decided to depart one day early due to the extreme weather event in SW Sydney (early July 2022). We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a refund for our remaining night (thank you Debbie).
l had the chicken parmesan for dinner, and it was amazing l would recommend eating at the hotel and staying there because the staff are so friendly and welcoming to me. and the room was so nice and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you so much Blacktown tavern. well done.
close to Blacktown connected to the Blacktown Workers which was a big plus. Great staff and facilities, washing and drying facilities, Mecca’s next door and 7/11 just up the road. Smaoll centre about 700m up the road busses at the front door on the hour to Blacktown.
Room was clean, bed, surprisingly, very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and great value for money. I was surprised on how you could not hear other guests like you can in other motels, so a good night sleep was had. Found the staff very helpful and polite.
Our first time there, we usually stay at the Travelodge, and with all the facilities available it was very good. The 24 hour reception, room service are valued commodities at our age and they were gratefully appreciated.
Everything about Autra Blacktown was exceptional.
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
I will definitely be recommending friends and family to visit.
what I liked about the Mercure Blacktown great location &how the workers club next door for a night out & MacDonald’s close by & breakfast was very nice for the price
