Everything... The room was stunning... The hospitality was welcoming and the instructions super clear. We asked for extra towels and was happy to wait until the next day when the cleaner came around but the manager even offered them that afternoon, although I didn't see the message until later.
The bed was absolutely Devine to sleep in. The whole room was so luxurious and beautiful. They have down and amazing job.

We loved this holiday home. It was spacious with lovely furnishings. With scenic Bay views, it was a lovely sea change for us. The spacious balcony was a delightful space to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.
The home was very well equipped and beyond our expectations. There was something for everyone. From a coffee machine to a well equipped space for children with board games and an upstairs space to spend some quiet time. We really had a very enjoyable stay.

Love the open plan, the location.
The property had everything we could have asked for.

We stayed to visit mum in the nursing home in St Helens. We only live one & a half hours drive away and they made us feel most welcomed. We would have liked to stay an extra night and they tried to accommodate us but unfortunately they were fully booked out the following night. Queechy seems to be very popular as I have viewed booking in the past but they have always been booked out.

St Helens is a cute town on the east coast of Tasmania.
It is an ideal location to stay for a few days and venture into the interior and other interesting places to visit around the town.
Just don't eat at the RSL. I expected more seafood to be available.
Pick up some tasty take away from the special section at the front of the IGA in the mall.
Towns and cities have a strange idea about disability access.

Lovely town with great eateries.
Lovely town with great eateries. The IGA had a variety of salads, the larger one not the small on main road that offered fresh salads. Great board walk around the water.
The Tasman Holiday park was modern, good facilities, a view of the water and quiet. This was our first ever stay in one and we were impressed with the cabin and the price.

St Helen’s is the central services community for many nearby small holiday hamlets. It has good supermarkets and an excellent provedore plus restaurants and most of the service facilities a holiday maker would need. There are interesting and varied beaches in the area and plenty of boating & fishing for those who enjoy these pursuits. Plenty to like, we did not find anything to dislike.

St Helens is a pretty coastal town with a great bakery - Banjos! It is also the gateway to the Bay of Fires which is an absolutely stunning place, even had a swim in warmish - 19 degrees water st gorgeous Binalong Bay.
We really liked the location and the style of the accommodation.
It was nice that there was some tea bags & some sugar, together with a few other pantry items.
There was plenty of wood for the fire, however, we didn't use any.
I was surprised to see that the property had a sauna, but again, we didn't use it.
Good Wifi and reasonable phone reception.
St. Helens has the BEST french restaurant in town.... a "must" to try.
The cabins were fresh and new with heaps of space. Two of us could easily stretch out on the couch and we felt so relaxed. The restaurant had a great selection of vegetarian food and my veg curry was delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful with great tips for our drive to Launceston. We will definitely come back and plan to use this place as a base for exploring the north east of Tasmania.
The bathroom had a makeover and everything was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Staff were good. Great view over St Helens bay. Right in the main street of town and close to supermarkets and cafes and water front.
Meals were typical Hotel/bar/RSL style chips/salad or veg/mash. But the steak was THICK and juicy. looked 300g after it was cooked. I ate there twice, both days and both were the same.
Fantastic accomodation with everything thought of. Plenty of comfort and room to move, including secure space front and back that the dog enjoyed. The food provisions were unexpected and whilst we used only little, were greatly appreciated. Good location for accessing the stunning surroundings of St Helens and Bay of Fires area. Highly recommend. Thankyou Sharon.
A surprisingly good stay. We only had 1 night in St Helens but glad we chose this place. It's a 10 minute walk from the centre of town with their shops, restaurants etc. The best restaurant in St Helens is actually part of the hotel but unfortunately was closed the night we stayed.
The room was spacious & the bed comfy. All we needed really.
It is a decent villa with amneties. However it was a bit far away from St. Helens (around a 5 min drive). So for any food or other shopping would need to drive out. The upstairs area was nice with a good view of the bay area. The downstairs was quite dark with not much lighting. Overall, a decent place to stay around St. Helens area.
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip around Tassie. There were chocolates and sparkling waiting for us which was such a special touch (thank you!!)
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was really handy. If we stayed longer we would have used the outdoor BBQs!
Would definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel was easy to find. I received a text message with instructions. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was excellent. Bed comfortable. Not far from the shops - a short drive away. Very quiet. I really liked the fact that we had a set of plates/cutlery/cups in the room which was handy.
A perfect place to stop over while traveling through Tassie. Our host was great and paid attention to detail. We arrived late due to our plane, but a note was left for us, SMS was sent, phone calls were made - they really went out of their way to accommodate us. We are grateful.
Everything thus was a gem in our travel around Tasmania, highly recommend a stay here we could only book one night so suggest you book early. Close to attractions, great water view, comfortable couch easy access to free laundry facilities, good parking.
This place was a lot grander that I expected for the price we paid. I liked the layout of the hotel with lobby, sitting areas and different wings. It also had an on-site restaurant. We had a king room with water views and it was beautiful.
Like everything in the above property. It is perfect and amazing experience staying in such accommodation. Like hotel but better than hotel. I got a feeling that this property must be managed & cleaned up by a professional team.
Fab location, great aesthetic with a warm and inviting ambience, very comfortable & great size room with hotel style bathroom/en-suite. Would definitely recommend
