Loved everything about this hotel! The staff are incredible. They are so friendly and make you feel at home. The pool is fantastic and could always get a lounge chair to lie on at any time of day. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the lunch and dinner is also the best in Palm Cove. The signature inclusions were also a fantastic touch including the sunrise yoga (which is between the palms!), the sorbet by the pool and the canapes and punch at 5pm. They think of everything!!

We were there for IRONMAN, so being about 100m from the Swim Start was ideal. Right on the beach, close to T1 for Bike Racking, and there was parking, which was very handy.

Best coffee and toasties at 27 Degrees, Rattle & Hum to watch the AFL and the Surf Club for great meals.
Hire a car and go to Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery Mossman, not what you think - grapes are a fruit remember - lovely owners, great service and shipped our wine back to Vic.

Palm Cove is an idyllic spot!
Palm Cove is an idyllic spot! Sarayi Boutique Hotel is right on the Esplanade and only about 50 metres from the beach! Our room was comfortable, but did not have a view, which was not too bad, as it was so easy to get to the beach. We loved being able to walk along the Esplanade and dine at various excellent restaurants. Sarayi is right next door to a prestigious hotel whose tariff is three times that of Sarayi's, with no advantage in its position!

We like the location of Palm Cove.
We like the location of Palm Cove. It's easy to get to the Kuranda Sky Rail, the Cairns lagoon, Reef trips and all the other sights in that area. We did a big day trip down to Paronella Park, which was a great drive and you can see many many banana and sugar plantations.
The only thing that caught is out wa she local supermarkets close at 6pm on Sundays!
Funtastic place to stay, and can't wait to go back again next year.
The local Surf Club does a great meal and likewise the local Tavern.
Great morning walks along the beach and back thorugh all the lovely boutique shops.

This place is right in the middle of a great holiday destination. From checking in right through my stay everything was just perfect. I would recommend this resort highly and I will definitely return. Thanks to each and everyone making this holiday unforgettable.
Apt was awesome and Nicole was a great host. She left gifts for our kids, some wine and beer in the fridge and the unit was very clean. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double sized balcony with a jacuzzi tub on it with privacy blinds, living room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Free Wifi. Our kids thought we were in a fancy suite. Very spacious. Easy car park, pool and beach access. The location is centrally located and the beach across the street has the only swimming net on the beach to protect from the jellyfish.
for the price, great location and stay. perhaps not the luxury of other hotels, resorts with the furniture being somewhat dated but since most of the time is out anyway, not an issue. staff very friendly, room got serviced well. no lifts which is welll advertised when you book so not an issue for us but could be an issue if you're up on the third floor! kitchen was well stocked with crockery essentials, we used the bq, wouldnt really want to cook in the room though as its only a 2 hotplate.
Wow! Was very impressed considering the price!! Picked this as a budget option as we were only staying in Palm Cove for a quick stop over. The hotel is actually huge with a gorgeous pool, location is unbeatable, staff were incredibly kind and helpful on arrival. Room is big, clean, spacious and has all your basic amenities (eg. toileteries, kettle with tea + coffee etc). Really impressed given the price - excellent value. Thank you!
The apartment is located at the rear of the Peppers facility. It is lovely and quiet. Has a fabulous spa bath on the deck overlooking beautiful tropical garden! There is no oven however the bbq on the deck allows for cooking of bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches for breakfast. Walk through the resort for close access to restaurants, shops and beach. Pool is awesome with swim up pool bar. We loved this place and will be back.
The apartment was magnificent! Fully stocked for every possible need. The view across to the beach was the perfect setting for relaxation at any time of day. I really enjoyed capturing the sunrise. There are no better apartments in Palm Cove. We have stayed at numerous places up and down Williams Esplanade and this is the best. Thank you to the hosts for their thought and care in presenting such an impressive apartment.
The property was fantastic but unfortunately we checked in for only 2 nights and the day we had planned to lay by the beautiful pool was not to be. We only had the one day and didn’t get to swim until around 3pm because of tree lopping. They should have told us when we checked in and we could have organized a tour or perhaps stayed elsewhere. It was seriously disappointing.
Apart from that the hotel is great.

The pool was a highlight, getting the morning and midday sun, with bonus pool lights for night swimming. Excellent outdoor area with large table and sun lounges. Large, well appointed kitchen. Lots of cooling/air flow options. Multiple indoor areas to relax and read a book. Great communication from host.
Great 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit overlooking heated pool (number 216). Large unit with North facing balcony. Part of Pullman Sea Temple complex so had benefit of resort facilities, selection of pools and poolside dining. Very comfortable main bed ensured good night sleep. Good air-con and overhead fans

We had a great family holiday at the Pullman. The facilities, staff and location was just fantastic. So good to be able to grab a coffee or food by the swimming pool. We had a awesome family holiday at the Pullman Sea Temple and can’t wait to come back for another holiday,
We loved the large space and location in Palm Cove. It was beautiful and well appointed, with a large outside balcony with lovely furniture and easy access to the pool and spa. Palm Cove esplanade was just around the corner with top restaurants just steps away.
