Loved everything about this hotel! The staff are incredible. They are so friendly and make you feel at home. The pool is fantastic and could always get a lounge chair to lie on at any time of day. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the lunch and dinner is also the best in Palm Cove. The signature inclusions were also a fantastic touch including the sunrise yoga (which is between the palms!), the sorbet by the pool and the canapes and punch at 5pm. They think of everything!!

Great for couples and those that have trouble switching off - us! We come every year and know it's the one week a year we will defrost from Melbourne, relax, unwind and have a proper break.
Best coffee and toasties at 27 Degrees, Rattle & Hum to watch the AFL and the Surf Club for great meals.
Hire a car and go to Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery Mossman, not what you think - grapes are a fruit remember - lovely owners, great service and shipped our wine back to Vic.

Palm Cove is an idyllic spot! Sarayi Boutique Hotel is right on the Esplanade and only about 50 metres from the beach! Our room was comfortable, but did not have a view, which was not too bad, as it was so easy to get to the beach. We loved being able to walk along the Esplanade and dine at various excellent restaurants. Sarayi is right next door to a prestigious hotel whose tariff is three times that of Sarayi's, with no advantage in its position!

We like the location of Palm Cove.
We like the location of Palm Cove. It's easy to get to the Kuranda Sky Rail, the Cairns lagoon, Reef trips and all the other sights in that area. We did a big day trip down to Paronella Park, which was a great drive and you can see many many banana and sugar plantations.
The only thing that caught is out wa she local supermarkets close at 6pm on Sundays!
Funtastic place to stay, and can't wait to go back again next year.
The local Surf Club does a great meal and likewise the local Tavern.
Great morning walks along the beach and back thorugh all the lovely boutique shops.

This place is right in the middle of a great holiday destination. From checking in right through my stay everything was just perfect. I would recommend this resort highly and I will definitely return. Thanks to each and everyone making this holiday unforgettable.

Oasis at Palm Cove really feels like an oasis, the gardens are beautiful. There is a big swimming pool (which is larger than the pools at the nearby expensive hotels) and the complex feels tranquil. I had a newly-renovated apartment that was very clean and very spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely balcony. The managers were also very helpful in answering questions, providing restaurant and transport tips.
Sea Temple is a fabulous resort, with a great location, wonderful facilities, and friendly helpful staff. Our two bedroom appartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay allowing us to prepare meals ourselves and of course the "Palm Cove restaurant strip" is only minutes away. The pools are excellent, and beautifully warm at this time of year (Oct).
This was our long overdue 21 year honey moon / anniversary away from our 6 kids, A few sets of stairs but worth the privacy, its balcony has a bush view rather than the pool veiw which we prefered, and used the hidden serenity pool instead which was quiet and private. We stayed 3 nights with excellent beach access and fishing off the nearby public jetty.
Large apartment, well furnished and clean. Plenty of parking and a nice pool. Contacted by owner prior to arrival to confirm access code. Apartment in very quiet area with lots of wild life; Kangaroos in grounds. Palm Cove is a beautiful place and this location is central to visit Cairns, Port Douglas, the Daintree and Kuranda; all of which we did.
View was amazing and was well situated in Palm Cove.
It was a very functional apartment. Good family venue, air con, fans, kitchen with equipment coffee&tea provided (most of which we didn't use) and allowed us to eat in several times.
Booking agent was very proactive in advising on activities to do and making those bookings for us.
Sea Temple is great - love the pool options and relaxing vibe. It’s protected from the wind & there were always plenty of sun chairs - didn’t ever feel crowded.
A lovely short walk (fun scooter ride for our toddler) into town to amazing restaurants.
Our accom management were always available for us when we needed.
We loved the spacious apartment, the two bathrooms and the big balcony. It was easy to do everything (including keeping up with the washing). Stacey was an absolute star, she made our stay next level with her tips and advice about Palm Cove and her helpful, friendly attitude. She’s wonderful!
Room was very clean with a beautiful view of the Peppers Resort pool. Spacious balcony with a bath/spa. Bathroom was a decent size. Free WiFi and the TV came with a Chromecast which was great. Room was very clean overall. Additional towels were provided which was also great.
We stay at Paradise on the Beach whenever we come to Palm Cove and it never fails to provide us with a clean , well maintained, beautiful environment that is comfortable and convenient. The staff are lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble for them if we need anything.
The accommodation had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and was located a short walk from Palm Cove Beach. There were a few extra things we required and the people at reception were happy to oblige and delivered them to the room. The pool was fantastic.
Location is fantastic and the potential for the hotel is there. Needs updating for the money they charge per night. Paid for ocean view room which was not a full view, was obstructed by large canopy so that was dissapointing.
Wonderful space where you can fully relax and enjoy the peaceful and cute Palm Cove. All the facilities of the hotel were simply great and the staff was incredible. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Peppers was a great place to stay, enjoyed the whole Palm cove experience, our friends room was the place to be (Serenity Pool) made the whole experience that much better. Will go again !
