Nice place, especially if you have a poolside room. Not too busy at the time we stayed

the room was great, they are comfortable and have everything you would need. the pool in our room didn't get much use as my family preferred the big pool and having access to the pool bar.
I loved having access to beach for my morning walks and the restaurant for a coffee or a drink also.

The only semi good thing about this accommodation was the bed, it was comfortable, although the bed does need side support. Having worked in a bedding organisation for over 10 years, I can tell you that side support is extremely important. My husband I, both rolled out of the bed when we slept on our sides. Side support stops this from happening.
Situated directly on Four Mile Beach, this boutique hotel in Port Douglas features beach and ocean views. All suites have a large private balcony or terrace. Free WiFi is available.
Always a great stay. This is our go-to weekender when we want to get out of Cairns and enjoy all the surrounds of Port Douglas. This is 15 mins out of Port Douglas, has the most beautiful view out to the ocean from the bed and balcony, the local pizza and beer is amazing and Oak Beach is a gorgeous fascinating ever changing scene to walk at sunrise and sunset. Oaks Kitchen and Garden is nearby which is an awesome experience. We really love this place, easy, comfortable and a great location but you will need your own transport.
Food was nice, although a little more variety would be ideal. Setting is awesome (drinks overlooking Oak Beach from Curlew Bar area) and layout of the reception, pool and bar area is great, easy access to everything. Rooms were a good size, with great service (including cart where required). Had a very relaxing massage as well. The grounds are brilliant, nice for morning walks (featuring turtles!). Good accessibility to Port Douglas as well roughly 15 minute drive into town.
We enjoyed our stay very much in this special patch in Oak Beach! We were welcomed by Richard on arrival who was friendly and eager to ensure our time at Seaviews was incredible. Thoughtful touches included fruit, chocolate and homebrew beer and the most amazing colourful fire which we enjoyed from the balcony on our final night. Oh and the pizza was a real treat after travelling. Piping hot and super fresh and flavoursome!
Fantastic 2 night stay in Oak Beach. Richard couldn’t have been friendlier and he and Marti have thought of every little detail to make your stay the best possible. Beautiful setting, spotless apartment and a good location to base yourself for far North Queensland (with a car).
Accommodation was great, pool was deep and very clean. Pre-dinner drinks with a magnificent view over Oak beach with a cocktail in hand was perfect. Surrounding walks and beaches were beautiful and inspiring.
