Location, location, location, where one of the ski lift stations is just right next door. And it's a higher point of the village. Shuttle stop is just across the street. Walking to the Central is not a problem as well. The hotel is way way better than the last one we had at Hotham, way pricier and really bad condition. Love the size of the room, the seemed-newly renovated toilet, the view, tea and kettle. Staying here is much much better than staying as Mansfield, especially for the children.
Featuring a ski shop and a restaurant with a lounge bar, Duck Inn Mt Buller is located just a 5-minute walk from the Mount Buller ski slopes. A free shuttle to the town centre is also provided.

The location was good. The building itself is in pretty good condition.

Good value, lovely view from the kitchen and lounge
A recently renovated chalet set in Mount Buller, near Mt. Buller, MAGNIFICENT SKIING ON MOUNT BULLER features free WiFi, a spa and wellness centre and a garden.
The renovated Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort is located in Merrijig, in Victoria’s High Country, half-way between Mansfield and the popular alpine ski resort of Mount Buller, around 25 km from both.
The resort is well-organized and thoughtfully laid out.
The resort is well-organized and thoughtfully laid out. There's a convenient shuttle service within the village to avoid steep climbs and descents. Food prices are significantly higher than those in Melbourne City, so it's advisable to bring your own provisions. A one-night stay is sufficient to enjoy the incredible scenery, snow, and skiing opportunities this place has to offer.

Although there was not much snow in Oz this year, Mount Buller had a couple of lovely slopes. Of course it was crowded, all skiers and snowboarders on four slopes but people were considerate and cautious. Queueing at lifts for groups can easily be approved by reducing the three side lanes for single/private/ski school to two (singles & private/school combined), or by doing what Thredbo does: group of three, add one single, group of four get on. In Mount Buller the groups seem to have to wait till the single/private/ski school lane are empty before a group can enter the lift.

Loved the live music in the village centre - we had a lovely lunch of chicken roll and salad we bought at the supermarket along with disposable cutlery plates and enjoyed a winter " picnic " in the village - one of the highlights

Mt Buller was fabulous.
Mt Buller was fabulous. Travelling to Mt Buller was surprisingly easy, the road up the mountain is very well maintained. The Mt Buller app made finding info very easy. The transport app made booking transport and reviewing bookings a breeze. There are lots of different food options on the mountain. It was like a winter wonderland.

If enjoying the wonders of nature through skiing, hiking or mountain bike riding is your thing, then Mt. Buller is for you. Lots of great tracks, fabulous MTB trails (in summer) and skiing in winter. The village is surrounded by attractive chalets set between the snow gums. Beautiful views.

Beautiful; serenity and picturesque.
Beautiful; serenity and picturesque. We did go off peak though. We loved it because we’re not into snow holidays. Very close to Mansfield, which is a bustling little town. Staying at Mt Buller, you are also spoilt because there’s beautiful lakes and picnic areas you can drive to around this region for day trips. We actually went for a dip in the river at a place not far from Mt Buller.
Loved the kids room and playing games on n64
Kids had fun at the Pool on the bottom floor
Kids loved climbing the ladder to their beds above we love the food at the resturant was it was very nice food and taste was amazing
Breakfast was nice like a buffet just help yourself muffins, toast and fruit, juice and water
Hotel in village we seen amazing snow fall magical
Stuart at reception was great! Super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Location is probably the best around, right in front of the village. Bed and pillows were also super confy and we even got a bit of a view from our bedroom.
We were newbies on the snow, so had no idea how useful a dry room is, great perk from the hotel having both the ski and dry rooms.
Personal greeting on arrival, very modern and comfortable place. Exceptional location - next to the chair lift, shops and bus terminal. Very comfortable ski room with own entrance!!! Good WiFi, restaurant inside!
Very friendly staff, especially Stuart - hotel manager - thank you!!!
We left our luggage inside after check-out and ski one more day!
Loved the fire in the room. All staff were amazing, happy to help wherever they could. Loved the free coffee and pastries in the morning, drink in the afternoon and and breakfast delivery. Location was wonderful. Very cosy hotel. Excellent experience overall, looking forward to staying again.
I really liked the location. We went off peak but due to the location of the hotel we could see alot of old snow which had fallen few days back but it was just beautiful and my kids played alot there. Full Points for the location and the view outside the window!
Fantastic hotel. Just what you want for a ski holiday. Perfect location - truly ski in and ski out, friendly staff, beautiful authentic restaurant for breakfast. Nothing bad to say about this place. We'll be back... if there's any rooms available!
The staff is lovely , breakfast and dinner was fantastic , the only thing hotel need to upgrade is the hot water system , took a lease 10 mins to get the hot water and the water is not hot enough for the cold winter shower
Room was clean and decent, towels provided. Water pressure was okay. Alright for the price considering most places on Mount Buller are very exxy. Staff was kind and helped us with our ski hires very patiently
Friendly, clean & great location. Superb food at hotel restaurant. Pricey but worth it if looking for something special. Need to book ahead of trip. Interior a bit dated but great for family of 5.
It was clean, not too noisy. Amazing apartment with all the things that one family needs. We were amazed by everything in this apartment. The hotel was amazing. Location. Staff. Amenities.
We stayed in apartment 602. It was really clean . Great location . The staff at the Chalet Apartments were great and very responsive to our needs and our questions.
Very central to the ski slopes and the town of Mt Buller. Hotel had basic amenities, basic continental breakfast, basic facilities for ski storage etc.
