The location was fantastic. With 2 kids the short walk up the hill and being on Burke street made it easy to carry all their things over to ski school, or to head down to the chair lift.
Having a nice deep bath was great to soak in after a day of skiing.

The location is great for Mt Buller, but since there was no snow we had to do other things, of which there are plenty to keep you busy. Hiking, wineries, picnic spots etc.

Great location near the central village, grocer and bus stops. Very large bathroom, good tv entertainment, very clean and well maintained room. heaters in room, bath, and cupboard are a plus.
Management and staff were the best, very welcoming, helpful and friendly, any concerns we had were soughted promptly. Our room was very clean and warm and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The restaurant food was delicious. The new owners have done some amazing renovations since I was there in 2022 snow season. Love the new cafe opening out to Bourke Street and the pool table area. And off course the location is 10/10. Great place for families to stay, can't wait to stay there next year.
Jo and Frank were the most kind and friendly owners, very hospitable, homely welcoming lodge. Very clean and amazing well stocked kitchen with all the facilities you need. The shared bathroom was always very clean/spotless. As a family the board games that they kept at the lodge was great and entertaining. It was great service as we arrived before check-in and left our bags for safe keeping. We arrived back at the lodge very late to find our bags had been transferred to our rooms. Location is fabulous for ski in/out and a short walk to the Buller square. There are a number of excellent conveniences that make life on the slopes a great deal easier - lockable ski room at the entrance so keep your skis, lockable drying room downstairs to leave jackets/boots, ski hire shop in the hotel, luggage room to leave bags if you ski after check out. Breakfast was fantastic and all the staff - front desk, restaurant, bar, ski hire shop - were all extremely helpful.
The room was clean and cosy. So warm after a cold day on the slopes. Beautiful hot shower. Very clean. Hosts very easy to deal with. Would stay here again. Very easy walk to village
cleanliness, every possible items was available to cook with and the location is spectacular. Your staff were most accommodating, polite and a pleasure to deal with.
location was good but the amount of stairs inside was insane. There was a fire alarm one day adn no-one seemed to know we were there. Not enough info about facilities in there such as times for food places. Overall pretty good and a bit cheaper than others.
