Ideally situated in Echuca, Campaspe Lodge features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. This 4-star hotel offers room service and an ATM.

The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was modern and very clean, and the location was perfect for us as we were attending an event only a couple of minutes walk from our room. As there is no breakfast available, we were provided with a 10% off voucher to a local cafe which was a short walk down the road and had amazing food. We felt very comfortable during our stay and we will definitely be booking with Campaspe Lodge again next time we stay in Echuca!

Large bed room and excellent fixtures, we had the whole place to ourselves. Such a beautiful building. When we checked out Olga chatted to us and was very helpful. We also had dinner across the road at 1895 and had the best steak on our trip so far, we were well looked after by Haley or Kristine I can’t remember but she was very attentive.

Echuca is a plesant country town with all facilities.

Echuca is a plesant country town with all facilities. We ate at the Workers Club and at various bakeries our favourite being Bakery 151 cnr of Packenham and Hume Streets. Lovely selection of food clean and friencly staff. The paddle steamers are excellent good value for money. We attended the Vintage Steam Rally which was very enjoyable. I would avoid staying at Discovey Park very rude male staff member

Lots to do and see in Echuca.

Lots to do and see in Echuca. Great walks around the port and shopping areas. Lots of history to discover. Paddle steamer and horse and carriage rides. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes and wine bars in the city centre. Good food at Star Hotel & Beechworth bakery Have a look at Rich Glen for oils , beautiful dressings , body creams and lots more. Golf and wineries in the surrounding areas. Lots for every age group And best of all I have never been to Echuca when the sun didn’t shine. I have visited at least 5 separate times in Winter. I will return.

    Echuca is a wonderful getaway.

Echuca is a wonderful getaway. Friendly locals, plenty of dining out options. The Gin Distillery was interesting with tastings available. The Paddle steamers are a great way to travel along the Murray, even an option to take one to wineries. So much to see and do.

    Echuca was lovely.

Echuca was lovely. We were disappointed that The Great Beer shed was only open on weekends and public holidays as we were there mid week, and missed out seeing it. Also disappointing was the Holden Museum being permanently closed, however, this led us to an absolute gem, Raferty's Motor museum, run by a dear elderly couple. A must see when visiting Echuca, give them a call and pay a visit. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in Echuca, a great Museum run by volunteers and of course the famous Paddle Wheelers along the Murray!

The stop here this time was to check out the location for further motorcycle tours. It is a great place to immerse in the history of inland Australia and its reliance on the Murray River for all the people's needs. The town is a mixture of old and new with neither overpowering. In one street you are back in time and another there is everything you want from food to shopping even camping goods! Try and time it so you can visit The Great Aussie Beer Shed & Heritage Farm Museum.

I love Echuca so perhaps I am biased.

I love Echuca so perhaps I am biased. But there is always something to do here. And there is usually something on, like a festival, market or someother entertainment. People in the town are friendly and helpful and usually the eateries are clean, well maintained, and the food is always great.

do not stay here on weekends For the price of this accommodation, the proximity to the pub should be disclosed before you book. while it was clean and close to the old town, the shamrock hotel is literally on the other side of the alleyway. on Fridays and Saturdays, bands play. LOUD. All the niceties are pointless when you have to leave the room for the evening until midnight just to get some peace. Then there are the pub patrons who use the alleyway as a bathroom, smoking room or a place to mingle well past the music stopping.

We had a Riverview cabin so loved sitting on our verandah watching the river scene. The cabin was roomy and had all we needed for our stay. We made use of the bbq facilities and pool area which were great. Very quiet location and only 5 mins drive from shops and tourist attractions. Good bike paths into Moama and Echuca too.

Very comfortable accommodation (character building) and well presented. Comfortable beds, linen & pillows. Excellent communication from Carmen, who was very helpful and went out of her way to assist us. Good location with a great hotel across the road (1895 The Royal) - fun vibe, great food, wine, and staff.

Very clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay even though it was just a short trip. Covered all the basic requirements for a motel. Good TV. Convenient location to get to the Echuca - Moama interests. The room was so pleasant that it was nice to just stay in and chill.

The service was amazing. We had two rooms and had requested for one to be ground floor. When we got there the ground floor room was the family instead of the standard room. The staff changed it without any hassle and both were next to each.
