The enormous trees surrounding the place - very majestic.
The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable.
The shower was fantastic! Not often do you get a hand held shower option.
Quietness of the place - despite being fully booked.

Busselton has grown since I last visited, and the amenities were excellent - even a number of ATM's available. The promenade and jetty area are delightful and the locals we met were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely location and a great spot to travel to other areas, either north or south. We went to the Margaret river wineries, Cape lewin lighthouse, and Freemantle. All areas around were worth looking at and we found the whole area interesting- lots of little shops and eateries scattered over the local area.
Busselton is a great little town and the jetty is a must see.
Local franchise the Dome was great fo breakfast, Inarra lovely for our vegetarian dinners and the Curry Pot for the best Indian food anywhere.

The Busselton jetty was amazing.
The Busselton jetty was amazing. The underwater observatory was very interesting. The train was very quaint. Good value for the money, the walk out the jetty, the train out to the end and the underwater observatory tour. All really worth doing.
A few wonderful eating places on the beach front. Also in the main street Vasse Hotel was a great meal. Visual delights everywhere. Very pretty town to visit.

We enjoyed our stay so much, three days wasn't anywhere near long enough. The weather was mild and sunny, it's not much of a drive to activities and wineries & is beautiful enough if you prefer to stay put and relax.
This property is perfect for that little getaway, ideal location near the beach, 10 mins drive to Busselton Town Centre, short drive to Dunsborough and the Margaret River region. Everything you need in the house is there, just perfect. The yard is enclosed so my dog could enjoy the garden. Extremely happy with the property and will definitely book this place again. Very relaxing and a very peaceful location. It didn't have Wi-Fi but did have a DVD player, which was fine too, I just brought a load of DVDs with me.
House is in a great location close to the beach and Busselton jetty, and also close to the shops. House is huge we had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. I think the host is very thoughtful as there was a lot of board games and toys for the kids. The price is very good as well considering the location and how good the house is. I would highly recommend.
The house boasts an almost new appearance, which immediately provided a sense of freshness and cleanliness upon our arrival. The modern decor and well-maintained interior added to the overall charm of the property. Additionally, the location was fantastic, being conveniently situated near the jetty, beach and shopping facilities.
A very nice place to stay in Busselton. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were more than happy to help assist us with any questions we had. Check in and out were efficient and house keeping was appreciated. It is located next to the beach, making some incredible sunsets by the beach. Would highly recommend staying here!
I’ve got everything I need for my comfort from this 3 star motel!! It is not a fancy hotel and it’s a value for money and gives you enough comfort a night or two stay :)
Location is great if you want to see around Busselton and dunsborough. Walkable distance to the nearest beach too. I had a nice stroll to see sunset.
LOVE - Tonic, great vibe, location, food and drinks. Rooms are great and pet friendly - amazing to be able to bring your dog. The two resort rooms we had were in the perfect location. The men enjoyed the games room and the indoor pool and spa was great for a swim, as it was cold outside.
the location was great because it was on a quiet street, opposite the oval and within easy walking distance to the beach. You can walk all along the beach into town.
Plus the house is set on a very large block where you can sit either on the front porch or out the back.
Good location, easy check-in/check-out, friendly staff, pleasant 30 min walk to Busselton Jetty. Small but clean1 bed unit, kitchen has everything you need including gas stove. Good A/C. Parking outside your door (1 car).
Lovely staff. nice location. a number of activities to do with the kids. the indoor pool was very handy! Overall an excellent stay. (Thanks to the team at reception and the restaurant for their hospitality)
Everything about the property was excellent, great location, ample space in the house, good kitchen, dishwashers both downstairs and upstairs, more than enough linen and towels, ducted heating.
Everything! Beautiful spacious grounds, very well loved and maintained house, very clean, wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts who were kind to our dog. Great location near Busselton
The hotel was conveniently located and provided everything that we needed: parking, laundry room, gym and breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
The location was good, the size of the accommodation was right for me and the house work was very good. I would stay there again next time in Busselton.
