The hotel staff were the best I've encountered on my travels! The hotel itself I couldn't have asked for more. ✨️ On my birthday night, I joined a friend at Tasman Restaurant and hotel decided to put our 3 drinks on the house for the night. This topped off my holiday and made me feel very special! 🥳 THANKYOU Hotel Grand Chancellor, you exceeded my expectations on my first ever trip to Tassie!
Breaky was the best also👌

We came back in after mountain biking and they delivered hot chocolate to our room which was very kind. They also went out of their way to get us a thermometer from the pharmacy which was greatly appreciated.
