We wanted quiet place to stay on our journey to Italy with comfort beds and we were stunned. All pictures cant describe an actual feeling. Entire Villa is right on the beach with nice green grass with sunbeds touching lake Wortherzee. Room was superclean, with luxury beds and nice lake view. Breakfast was tasty with mix of various types of sweets and classic food like scrambled eggs or ham. Staff was friendly and even called us in advance for a key for our room as we were checking-in at late ours.

The whole area is perfect for any kind of vacation activity. The seeside is real alpin adria. The city is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holidays. Bigger cities like Klagenfurt or Villach with many other cultural or sport opportunities are easily accesible.

We really like the spectacular view of the surrounding mountains around the lake. Lots of hiking trails available so it's good for those who want to go for a bit outdoor.
If you are there, you have must visit Minimundus and Pyramidkogel (don't miss the slide from the top).
We were in the middle of February, and unfortunately most of the restaurants were closed, in the evening (arrount 7-8 pm) the streets are empty, only a few bars were open.
It was a shame that in Minimundos most of the buildings were covered with some protective stuff, so it was less enjoyable.

This hotel is open 24/7, is located directly on the highway rest stop with free parking and more or less borders one of the lakes. It is perfect for people looking for a quick rest on a long drive. There's a convenience store right there too. It is not a fancy hotel by any means, but perfect for what it is advertised for. The staff is very welcoming and nice - I arrived here at midnight and was accommodated very well.
Quiet large (for 2 people) comfortable apartment. The host was friendly and respected our privacy. The terrace on the ground floor had a view on the small garden. Lounge chairs were available. Just outside (walking distance) from the busy village center. It has a private beach only for the guests of this hotel (which we did not use). Even though it was hot outside (>30°) the apartment remained comfortably cool.
Everything. The hotel staff is super nett! we had a Lakeview room! only 5 min walk to the nearest free swimming area. There is also a train station nearby. With a car, one can reach 2 supermarkets in 5min. And most important of all for us it is pet friendly :) We even got surprise gifts from the owner of the hotel. just feel at home!

I liked the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, the welcome extended to my puppy, who found a bed and a blanket as well as water and food bowls. The breakfast was excellent. I also liked the proximity to the city center and hiking trails. It was really great and would use that hotel again.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and did not get boring after a few mornings. Something for everyone from our 2 year old to us. The location is amazing and lakes access beautiful. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English and Austrian usually.
The hotel was beautiful, had several sauna options and the infinity pool was amazing. The snow room was very unique! The bar tenders, especially Louis, were top notch and would come back to that hotel for them specially. Golf course discounts were an added bonus.

Great location with great views, stylish interior, helpful staff, amazing breakfast and dinner..we stayed during Eastern holidays and there were lot of festive activities organised by the hotel, paying attention to every detail.
The Hotel is located about 3min from the lake and has a private shoreline for hotel guests. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. The hotel garden is very pretty and quiet and invites you to have a drink or read.
All rooms have lake view and you don't hear the motorway next to the hotel. I skipped the breakfast as they offered all-in for 18€ and therefor I had a coffee somewhere else. Tidy room with decent size and comfy beds.
