The whole area of Worthersee lake is worth visiting. It offers a lot of activities for all (tourism, cycling, swimming, water activities). The lake is the warmest in Austria and its water is crystal clear and warm as the summer sea. All the nature around is beautiful and calm.

Not being too close to Vienna airport I probably should have...
Not being too close to Vienna airport I probably should have planned for a couple of nights stay in Vienna either side of the trip, so that the travel to/from Worthersee was not too much of a headache/rush. The train journey was excellent, except, when our initially cancelled and subsequently delayed flight(s) eventually arrived, we had missed the last train, at 7.30pm, and the taxi fare was massive; so we only got to experience the train on the way back. The connections for the train were really good, and the views were amazing. Would recommend, but plan the stay around the travel.

This little town is just a gem, offering everything you might desire: excellent restaurants and cafés, beautiful beaches on the lake, pristine nature, beautiful old houses and villas, warm hospitality. Very well served with public transport: train, bus, and of course a bike path going around the lake. What else can you ask for?

Very nice hotel in a traditional style, rich in beautiful decorations.
Everything OK in the room, also the cleanliness.
Spa and swimming pool zone is wonderful. Furthermore you have free access to a nice beach on the lake.
The breakfast is simply incredible, for quantity, choice and quality of available food; and it can be enjoyed in a wonderful and relaxing area. Really, never experienced before something like that!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Room was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The bath was modern with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Breakfast was very nice offering cereals, fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, and a nice selection of breads. Good coffee.

The hotel is very nice. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is good with homemade products. The bed is comfortable too. The swimming pool is clean. The employees are kind and ready to help. We liked our stay there a lot. We have been there only for two nights, but there are so many things you can do there. It is worth staying for longer.
This is a very well run small family hotel that is very clean. The room was very comfortable with plenty of closet space. The bathroom was modern had plenty of hot water and great water pressure.
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty offering various cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, breads. Great coffee and tea.

Feel good Worthersee is a Lovely place to spend a few days.... Nice spacious room (and bed) large porch with lake view ... perfect spa facilities, heated pool and private lakefront just a two minute walk. Private parking garage, convenient location on the lake, just 5 minutes from town of Klagenfurt. And convenient for drives around the lake.
Beautiful Room, clean, neat with huge bathroom, the jacuzzi was extraordinary, loved how the host took care of the details, starting from the tea / coffee section to the hairdryer / hair straightener to the candles and sensor lights ending with the Worthersee plus card..
Family run hotel, welcoming host who spoke good English. The hotel was very clean with a bonus addition of a swimming pool and table tennis table which we loved. Breakfast was fresh and a good choice of food. We have really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.
We had a good time at Soleo. We stayed for one night in this lovely hotel. Facilities were good and we thank the kind owner for recommending a good restaurant in the vicinity. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with some homemade foods.
The staff including the owner of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The location is close to lake Wörthersee and if you want to go for walks, the forest is just behind the hotel. Definitely a place to return to.
The room was clean, the beach was in the near of the hotel. Reception was kind and the wellness was nice too. The breakfast was exceptionally rich and the waiters were very helpful.
