Excellent location in a nice area of Jesmond but within easy reach of the city centre. A friendly and efficient check in at reception. The hotel is super clean and tidy. My room was comfortable and spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent shower etc. It was much better than some of the larger chain hotels costing 2x or more than this hotel. Not as trendy in terms of interior design but very good.
