The views were spectacular, once in a lifetime chance to do so and were so glad we did. The staff were very accommodating despite us not speaking fluent French and tried their best to communicate in English. The views of the alps were unmatched and was quite easy to get to the property despite being high up the mountain side.

The hotel is so cozy and clean. It’s warm with the wood, and nice touches of comfort and style. We were upgraded to a lovely big room. The breakfast buffet was super nice. It’s a calm and wonderful place, with a beautiful private (to yourself) spa.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Loved the location near the ski lift. The design is fun, quirky and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out.
Lovely place, very friendly staff, great modern design, great breakfast. Central location, rooms to the back are quiet. Restaurant attached to the hotel, many others close by. Bus stop 50m from the hotel.
This chalet is outstanding because of the view. location, outside space, interior design and interior layout. It's very comfortable and you have all the things you need for a good stay, we felt really lucky to spend time there. There is a lovely hike near the chalet which goes via the woodland to a small lake where there are BBQ facilities and then continues on in a circular route around Crans Montana and the other lakes. Leonie was also very helpful with questions. Highly recommended.
