Loved the location near the ski lift. The design is fun, quirky and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out.
This property is located in the best location for anyone interested in accessing the centre of Montana whilst being able to be close to the ski lift facilities. Besides being very comfortable and well designed and equipped the views from the property were second to none.
We were well received by the agency, although it was somewhat late, and had not issues reaching them for support during our stay. I would definitely like to return to the property next year as both myself and our children has a wonderful time.
The room was well designed, very spacious, and fit three of us comfortably. The "mountain view" from the room was incredible and worth it. The proximity to the Montana lift (2 min walk) was a big bonus. Hotel staff were always very polite and made our stay very pleasant.
Lovely place, very friendly staff, great modern design, great breakfast. Central location, rooms to the back are quiet. Restaurant attached to the hotel, many others close by. Bus stop 50m from the hotel.
This chalet is outstanding because of the view. location, outside space, interior design and interior layout. It's very comfortable and you have all the things you need for a good stay, we felt really lucky to spend time there. There is a lovely hike near the chalet which goes via the woodland to a small lake where there are BBQ facilities and then continues on in a circular route around Crans Montana and the other lakes. Leonie was also very helpful with questions. Highly recommended.
