The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

We stayed here for two nights and we liked everything! The bathroom was clean. The bedroom was very spacious, the bed was wide and comfortable with 6 pillows. We had a balcony from where you can have coffee from with the view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR with lots of variety! The receptionist was kind and helpful. The hotel lets us borrow powerbanks. The Matterhorn Glacier Palace gondola lift was a walking distance from the hotel. My husband and I enjoyed the hotel spa and sauna. When we checked-out, the hotel arranged transport to train station for no additional cost.

The room provides bathrobes, slippers, a kettle, coffee/tea and one large bottle of drinking water. Last but not least, Martin has excellent service and was very patient in guiding our trip.
