Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants , bars are within walking distance. Even though he have arranged a trip for us to visit Dana with less price than normal. Service top notch as expected . Bed comfort can not be beat. Room have all requirements and needs A buffet breakfast was more than delicious

I loved the facilities and the service. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable - the shower was wonderful, and the mattress gave me the best night's sleep I've had since I got here. Alongside this, the service was excellent. The receptionist, Ahmed, was super friendly and welcoming, and managed to help me with two things at short notice. Firstly, he organised the washing and drying of my clothes at short notice in the evening within 4 hours. Secondly, also at short notice in the evening, he managed to organise a bus for me to go to Wadi Rum in the morning. I'm very grateful to him for sorting out both for me. It's a short 15/20 minute walk to the Petra site, and even less by car, and has many restaurants and shops around it - for dinner, I just had to leave the door and I entered s restaurant within two minutes. 10/10 stay, and I'll be coming back when I return to Petra.

We had a wonderful time here. The family is so generous and kind. Room was very clean and smelled great. They offered a homemade dinner that was excellent. Very helpful with any questions we had regarding the area and our stay. We liked it so much we'll be returning back the night before we leave Jordan for another great dinner and experience.
