Obviusly the location is nice and the garden huge. The rooms are confortable. But my expection from Hilton is much more: I lool for smiles, flexibility, kindness, professionalism. I didn't find any of them. Only on check-out the manager and a guy at reception apologized, but it was pretty late. I and my family spent a week in Jordan and wherever Jordan people was fantastic. Here you will not find the typical Jordan welcoming nor Hilton professionalism.

Our room was lovely with balcony overlooking the Dead Sea, beautifully decorated as is the whole resort. Breakfast was a delight with so much choice, hard working attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. The same can be said of the buffet dinner, we found the outside area quieter than inside, to eat. The pools were well maintained and good lifeguards, the buggies to take you down to the Dead Sea area were a godsend and the lifeguard was so very helpful showing us what to do and taking many photos for us! We found all the staff were outstanding and courteous.

The heater is on a timer, the temperature plummets in winter at night so switch the timer off before you go to bed or the cold could wake you up. Everything else was a pleasant surprise and a novel way to experience the Dead Sea in peace and quiet with an outstanding view.
