Giulio was very helpful eith the check in process amd everything was easy and ready when we arrived. The location for me was the best as I was attending a convention at Fortezza Da Basso right across the street. But it is also a 10 minutes walk from basically anything (train station, historic center and more). I definitely recommend that place!

Great property with lots of space in a great area, close to lots of restaurants and bars. The location is central but apartment is quiet and we felt very safe. Host was great and very welcoming, shared lots of tips and recommendations which was appreciated! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence!

Very comfortable residence, whole terraced house available, with a small charming garden in a very quiet and peaceful nice corner of Florence. Close to two large markets, very good communication (although communication is not the strongest point of Florence in general). Very helpful, responsive staff. The place looks just like in the photos with high quantity furniture, very clean, charming and cozy. The locations is also excellent on the less touristic side of the city. There is complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also enough room for clothes. A spacy bed too. Mirko gave us some great recommendations and check in was super smooth and easy. We absolutely love everything!
I also stayed in a 4-star hotel around the corner and would take Santa Rosa rooms over this hotel any day. 100% recommend.
We enjoyed our stayed at the Fra Bartolomeo Apartment. Is is cozy and charming and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus its location is great - withing a walking distance from the historical center, yet in a quiet neighbourhood away from the crowds.
