Close to the beach and local amenities. Fantasy Island a short walk away (20 minutes). Welcome fizz & chocolates were much appreciated! Owner communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend to anyone ☺️

This was such a lovely caravan and the hosts were super quick plus helpful in messages! A last minute booking (following a prior disaster booking with someone else) plus being able to extend my stay for an extra night-I couldn't have got more lucky if I had tried 😊 plenty of bedding for us all, beautifully clean, the bonus of toilet roll already there plus washing up liquid, it really is those smaller details that make a stay even easier. Really looking forward to it being open again so we can go back again!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Fisherman’s Cottage. It’s just perfect. So well equipped, feels like home from home and everything is spotlessly clean. It’s a perfect location for the beach which is just over the road. Loads of great parking, beautiful duck pond. It’s beautifully furnished with comfy sofas, comfy beds and a beautiful inglenook fireplace. It was our first visit and we were thrilled with everything. Communication from the host/owner is superb and the housekeeper Vanda is brilliant. We loved it so much we booked again while we were there and can’t thank Carl enough for letting us and our dogs stay at this beautiful cottage. Thank you!😍

Spotless, very cosy and homely, everything you would need for a self catering stay. Brilliant location, very very good host and always in constant communications with her. Beds sooo comfy and even better pillows!
Cottage was really nice and cozy lovely and clean also very tidy defo come again thank you Jon and Liz for making us feel welcome and for the plum loaf we will defo try it xx it was lovely and quiet bed was very comfortable too
The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The heating being on and the bottle of wine was a very nice touch.
The car park is spacious and the wi-fi was very good though a bit tricky to get on to. There's a voucher system I didn't really understand.
The wi-fi went off on our first morning but was very quickly sorted out and restored.
The Lodge was spacious, clean, and well equipped and the hot tub was clean and well maintained by staff.
Great location, only a short drive to Ingoldmels and Skegness.
Communication with the owner was great, quick replies and helpful.
