Lots of walking local to the cottage. Good quiet location. 3 pubs local, we ate in the kings arms, good food, reasonable prices. Would stay again.

The spacious holiday home comes with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. This holiday home is allergy-free and non-smoking.

Beautiful house, full of history, character and charm. Rural location set in a small hamlet not far from Hawes. Everything was provided for and the host, Anna, replied immediately to messages. Our grandchildren loved exploring the house and the gardens attracted a lot of wildlife. The aga kept the kitchen warm throughout, heating was adequate not to light the fires of a night. Countersett has that cosy cottage feel . I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Featuring quiet street views, Beebole Cottage offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 49 km from Lightwater Valley Theme Park. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 12 km from Aysgarth Falls.

For such an ancient building, the interior has been very cleverly designed to meet today`s standards of comfort without changing the overall atmosphere of being in a house that has seen a few centuries. The kitchen was better equipped than most we have come across in many years of travel. The fireplace is a plus, even though the LPG central heating was very effective. Historic features such as "bee boles" harmonically fitted into the more modern interior. The lake is a short walk, and the cute town of Hawes with its pubs, shops and sights (Wensleydale creamery, National Park centre ... ) a short drive only.

Everything was perfect! It was easy to find & access after following given instructions. Safe and spacious place to park. Beautiful garden to sit in, with an excellent view. The cottage itself was immaculate and very cosy. The host thought of everything and communication was great. Location is brilliant for so many of the Yorkshire Dales walks and for visiting surrounding towns; Aysgarth Falls, Hardraw Force, Hawes and Skipton (for afternoon tea on a boat). We will definitely go back one day!

Cringley Cottage is a beautiful little cottage, warm and cosy. It is everything you need for a perfect holiday. There was a welcome pack on arrival, which was a lovely gesture. There were lots of great walks, right on its doorstep. We ate at the Kings Arms a 2 min walk away, which serves delicious meals, the pie's are a must. We'll definitely book another stay in the future. Thankyou.

The cottage was really quiet and so cosy / comfortable. Good facilities which suited us as a couple with one dog. The location was great for local walks (used Komoot.com) and also for road cycling. Have never been to the Yorkshire Dales before but will definitely return.

Ruth’s and Stu’s cottage ‘The Roost’ is welcoming, cosy and you want for nothing! Askrigg and the cottage are the perfect starting point to explore the Dales (and even the Lake District, if you don’t mind the drive)! Inside the cottage, the living room was comfy, the bathroom quite spacious with a bath and a separate Mira shower, which was amazing, and the bed in the main bedroom was also very comfortable! The kitchen is small, but perfectly equipped! They really have thought of everything! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable bed, beautiful cottage, comfortable and cosy, we had full control of the heating which was appreciated, pretty secluded which we liked. 20 minute drive to Hawes to collect supplies and dine out. Loved the history of this beautifully restored 17th Century building.
