mysterious second reservation appeared at check in time. hotel did not accept prepaid res for $187 and instead charged $239. claimed they could not credit back the charge they made and suggested i persue the third party for my legitimate reservation for a refund. hotel claimed direct charge to credit card was made by a third party and could not correct.

I like the location the fact that it was an inside hotel that you could enter from the inside and not from the outside the staff was friendly. The room was very clean. It was a good stay for a short stay in Brandon. I lived in Tampa and I had never seen it but it’s a cute little cottage hotel For a short stay when I come to see my friends

Our reservation was not right. Was suppose to have 2 queen beds! Gave us a king and was sold out. So half of the party had to make other arrangements

We were greeted by a very friendly lady, who notified us upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a king suite, which was really awesome for our family. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. We didn’t use any of the amenities because we had too many activities planned, but overall the hotel was great.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you plan to stay here bring your own cleaning supplies because your room will not be clean. My room had a coffee pot with molded coffee in it. Floors were filthy and residue on everything. Landfills have better standards than this place.

We stayed at this hotel because it was located just outside of the gates of Lazydays RV. When greeted by the front staff the gentleman was very friendly. We requested a top floor room and he let us know that our room was not quite ready. We left to get something to eat and by the time we got back, the keys were sitting there waiting for us. Although this is an older hotel, it was a nice facility. The staff made it worth the stay. Would stay here again if in the area.
The hotel is under renovations and the managers are obviously trying to update the hotel which is nice. The manager that we met was very helpful and pleasant. The staff were polite. The facilities are decent, nothing fancy. It is a working man's hotel, and literally next door to a truck stop and we noticed many truckers using the hotel.
Room was very clean. Busy location outside but not noisy inside. Pet friendly room with clean vinyl floor. Able to walk to store or restaurant. Large RV dealership nearby and we were picking ours up the following day. Areas to sit outside. Mango dog park nearby with lots of room for dogs to run.
The location was just right for our needs. Staff was nice with checking in and out going smooth. Rooms were really nice size. The hotel was tucked in a way I felt very safe. No hot breakfast except for waffles but there was a good variety of fruit and cereal.
Hotel is under NEW company. everything is in limbo, until new comfort in takes over. Stayed here MANY TIMES IN THE past. Wonderful location; just needs updating by the new COMFORT INN. Was surprised by the changeover. Everything was in disarray.
