The room has king size bed and sofa bed and they were very comfortable.
The rooms were excellent and spacious, the staff have excellent customer service , and the breakfast was also excellent.
The only thing to be aware of is that parking is an additional charge of $10 per car per day.

Room was huge.
Room was huge. Stove was pressed up against a wall and secret little dark cubby hole. No coffee, complimentary cups, iron, Kleenex. TV was horizontal to the bed, hooked to the wall. You could pull it out a bit, but my neck still couldn’t see it from bed.

Lakeland has a wonderful new park that we visited. Bonnet Springs Park. This new park is free to enter, but there is a fee to the Children's Museum.
This hotel is near all the restaurants chains you are familiar with along with some local ones. If you like WaWa, there is one right across the street from this hotel.
Going to Disney or Tampa, this hotel is in a location where you can easily travel to both and then back for a nice quiet night. There is an excellent IHOP adjacent to the hotel. Quick service with a smile!

The motel is located next to a Bob Evans, Denny's and Burger King with other places very close nearby. We could walk to dinner. Since we were there to regroup our lives, we didn't do any sightseeing. We have lived in that area of Florida for over 20 years anyway and have seen what the area has to offer.

My major issue was the check-in. I booked the hotel through Priceline. When I arrived, the hotel staff wouldn’t check me in and said Priceline or Booking.com didn’t pay the hotel. I had receipt showing that I prepaid in full. They eventually checked me in after charged me another same amount. My experience with refund is even worse. One month after the stay I still have not been refunded. Both Priceline/Booking and Extended Stay are terrible in this case. They don’t communicate with each other well neither.

Phone call to them made them realise their mistake,but how many Brits can just use their phones in the USA when overcharged?
Breakfast was very good,althouogh the man in charge was hovering all the time to make sure you tipped [on a self service breakfast - only in the USA!!!!]. We did tip btw

I liked that upon check in THE front desk clerk said that if I booked through the hotel's WEB SITE and not BOOKING.COM
that i would have known that the breakfast area was under construction. No breakfast was available which is why I intentionally booked this hotel. However a nice brown bag breakfast thankfully was available.
Could use more variety at breakfast,yogurt would be nice. Bananas looked rotten. Good coffee.
Staff was friendly. Hallways in hotel were not overly clean but there were many guests and I guessing you’re short staffed like most places. The room was clean and that’s really what I cared most about. Bed was comfy. Didn’t bring my dog but loved seeing other people’s pets!
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for his semi pro football game and the facility was awesome. The location was great, everything was close by food, liquor, shopping, groceries. The room was spotless, I felt like I was the first person to stay in the room that’s how clean it was. If we’re ever in Lakeland again this will be my first choice hotel.
Location was perfect for me to visit friends just a few blocks away. Also there was a safe place to get my cat outside behind the house despite it's location on a busy street. I like the idea that the historic homes in this part of Lakeland are being renovated and shared with so many others by using them as short term rentals.
The Hotel has a nice historic vibe to it. It's "Old School" with a modern touch. Room was very clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable. Location is awesome, easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in downtown Lakeland. I've stayed here 6 times and it never disappoints.
Everything we're very nice at the hotel., I especially liked the cleanliness... I did not agree with the paying for parking when I already had paid a big amount for the the room also I was surprise the hotel did not except my AAA or senior discount... Otherwise great stay.
This hotel was very much under renovation. From the moment I walked in I wasn’t sure the hotel was even open. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice I had no complaints about him. Everything else was really a disaster.
The customer service was amazing. Everyone was attentive and very friendly. Starting at the front desk Rossie and the supervisor made the checking very easy. The hotel and the room was very clean.
The hotel was clean and neat. Staff was very personable and helpful. Room was goos size, clean, and bed comfortable. Shower was clean, easy to control water temperature and nice water pressure.
Central Lakeland location with plenty of amenities. The remodelled rooms are a big improvement from our previous visit. Restaurant and bar facilities were very good as were the staff.

Honestly I didn't like anything other than it had a king size bed and a pool.
