The space was like brand new, very clean and the bed was comfy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Communication was very easy and responses to any questions were very fast. Even though time did not allow for enjoying the hot tub, it was a nice addition for those who plan on staying.

Only thing I like is pet friendly, the location is not bad however I would not send my worst enemy to this hotel as it is nasty head roaches let's not clean the floor was dirty if you're going there to cook or anything there's no pots or anything like that the beds are hard it's just hope I felt dirty not to mention that we were to check out at noon late check out the housekeeper came at 9:30 knocking on the door several times Bang Bang and she wanted to start at our room to clean, so with not much rest what are things in left. The walls are thin you can hear the water when someone's upstairs taking a shower sounds like it's running down the side of the hotel the pipes that things don't bother me is the fact that we didn't get much rest being woke up

I didn’t like the stay, because I did not have the room I purchased and had to be satisfied with a downgrade at the same cost. And the clerk at the the front desk was very nonchalant about the situation. Just saying that the room I was supposed to have been given was it clean. That to me was inexcusable after my reservation was made 20 days in advance!

Nasty service, reservations would not be granted. If anyone walks in 5 minutes before you without a reservation your will be given away and they don't care. We were told just like that and won't refund me the money. Deal with corporation I was told by the receptionist who never even open the door for us. She meet us outside the reservation lobby and the door were locked.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Dirty ,unsanitary , peeling paint and black mold on shower Ceiling. I can go on for days. We will be calling corporate and stopping payment on our card if we don't get a refund. The cleaning crew needs what clean means

Was visiting a friend while in Brandon/Riverview , lots of traffic congestion but I already knew that from my friend. The area is a commercial metropolis with multiple strip malls, fast food , restaurants and groceries as far as you can see. It's a nice location too and from Tampa.
The staff was the absolute friendliest I have ever seen in ANY holiday inn and suites. They surprised my husband for his birthday with chocolate covered strawberries and balloons and a hand written letter. They accommodated our early checkin. I have never been more pleased with our stay. It threw me for a loop with how friendly they were and thoughtful they were. I would stay here at this location again in a heart beat. Thank you so much to this location for how incredible we were treated.

The room was fine- beds comfortable. However it was loud.
The condition of the building wasn't great. The door from the parking lot looked like it had been broken into and the elevator looked like something our of a horror movie.
The staff were very nice. Especially a receptionist named Leigh. She was super helpful.
the room temperature was perfect; the room was small but intimate and cozy; the coffee maker and air fryer was an added plus; the bed was comfortably and the tvs and cable tv were very nice; we liked using Alexa for everything and the music. Loved the waterfall and fireplace.
The Host was was exceptional. Great hospitality, excellent service and attentive to any assistance if needed. Everything was beyond expectations more than other experiences. I’d recommend this location and stay again if in the area. Thank you!

Near several grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers.( less then 5 minute drive in any direction) Room looks exactly as advertised! Will stay here again when in south Florida! Excellent stay!
Adequate in terms of facilities. Massively overpriced, however. Overall, not worth it, should have gone with a hotel instead: it would have been a better deal for the price without the weird vibes.
The studio was beautiful and clean. Our hosts were fantastic, friendly, offered great recommendations. The area was very safe and provided an excellent central location for us to explore.
I choose it because of the location, my family lived close by, the neighbors were super nice, it was nice and quiet, the area is beautiful, even the pets were friendly.
