Staff was very nice in the beginning but after six weeks been there start to get little rude and some rules that does not make any sense ,like the customer services door by 5:30 is closed if you going there very often because keys nevee work and is veey cold i must used a phone from outside ,cant get in and explain why u there, as well a relative came to visit for Christmas and manager cancelled his apt not knowing was relate to me but in front of everybody was very rude and the way that she act was awfull to me .after that she gave us another room veey far nut she was saying if i dont lile it she wont refund the money....was veey unconfortable situation

It was a very positive surprise for me. After staying in many other motel-like hotels on the boundaries of the cities, I had much worse expectations. This was the best one motel/hotel place I have ever stayed in! It was:
-clean
-there was a nice area in the lobby to have breakfast or to relax
-there was a gym
-room was big and very clean
-there was a microwave in the room
-there was good tea available 24/7 and a few kinds of coffee
-the staff was helpful and very nice to interact with
-the price was reasonable, which makes it a good deal

The lobby looks fresh, the elevator is modern and silent. The room was clean and tidy with modern and comfortable walk-in shower. The free wifi was also very good.

Yours was clean,well kept and maintained. Felt as a pet owner you cared about us even though I thought $75 was a little high.

We love old roswell, but I don't think most people in atlanta are taking proper measures with this virus going on. We live in Charleston, S.C. and masks are mandated as well as restaurants and bars can only have limited people.

The location of the hotel to my work destination was great! There were a great choice of restaurants in the area that made dining pleasing. I did not like the traffic returning to the facility from GA 400 coming onto the Holcomb Bridge Road exit.

Roswell has a very quaint historical area and lots of shops and restaurants. It appears to be a nice suburb of Atlanta. There are also nearby parks and recreational places along the Chattahoochee River.
You have to drive everywhere though.

I had to come to Roswell on business and I enjoyed my first visit so much. It was really easy to get around and find various places because everything is so close in proximity to each other. Just as a warning: the drivers there drive like NASCAR drivers! If you don't drive like them, you will quickly adapt. I loved the variety of restaurants and stores. There's so much to do in the area that I stayed in and I will definitely be back for a leisure vacation very soon!
We didn’t stay at the property. It was double booked. Although I booked 6 months ahead of time, the day before my arrival I was notified that it was double booked and we were relocated to another property much farther away. Although larger, the other property was not as updated and not near the wedding we were attending. We weren’t even moved in the same city. Although apologetic, doesn’t the situation. I was at their disposal or without a rental for my family to attend the wedding.
Booked on-line for Roswell, NM. Got booked into Georgia hotel. ??? Called and cancelled reservation while traveling for Georgia hotel; made NEW reservations for Roswell, NM. Reservation customer service was bad at Roswell, but we did finally get her to reserve this room.

It was a place to sleep after a long day drive. Very disappointing! Better than sleeping under a bridge.
I've mada a big mistake by making the reservation to Georgia Roswell. The reception guy Nechamia cancelled our mistaken reservation there and resceduled it to Roswell NM. Everythinf went smoothly and quick. The hotel is new. All facilities working fine. Highly recommended.
This hotel was in a really great location and still had good privacy. I enjoyed the staff they were nice and friendly! Reggie was very cool and polite. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back !
