It was a very positive surprise for me. After staying in many other motel-like hotels on the boundaries of the cities, I had much worse expectations. This was the best one motel/hotel place I have ever stayed in! It was:
-clean
-there was a nice area in the lobby to have breakfast or to relax
-there was a gym
-room was big and very clean
-there was a microwave in the room
-there was good tea available 24/7 and a few kinds of coffee
-the staff was helpful and very nice to interact with
-the price was reasonable, which makes it a good deal

They took my families money clean their system was down at first didn’t even recognize her reservation. Said it wasn’t on there because one simple letter was off on her name. The front desk girl was extremely rude racist actually and disgusting in her behavior. She took our money kept trying to charge our card still has the money on hold and never gave us a room while my family had a wedding to attend. She was actually so rude as to ask how I got here. The rooms, pool and entertainment center (pool table and games) were all an extra bonus when we returned from our music venue.
There are a lot of restaurants, a liquor store and shops in the area to pick from, all within walking distance. Even a wonderful sports bar and grill with great food and employees right next to the hotel thus we did not have to drink and drive.
I would most definitely book this hotel again.
Only thing to watch for is I was charged by Booking.com and Aloft hotel, the same amount for my room instead of just Booking.com. I have contacted Booking.com and am awaiting my refund.

The room had a blown out bulb in the bathroom , making it dark to shower !
When we checked out the clerk was equally rude & not at her desk ! She told us to drop our room cards in a box because she didn't want to bother getting up & giving us a receipt or doing her job !!

We stayed in Alpharetta due to a concert my family was attending near by, and we needed to meet up with a family member in N Ga about 2 hours away, it was perfect, just enough time to stay to explore a bit, and then continue our travels, Alpharetta was lovely, nature everywhere, well kept, and has all stores and services you could possibly need. The roads are well maintained, easy to travel and signage is clear.

Alpharetta is a beautiful area with wonderful restaurants and shopping; a 20 minute drive into Atlanta, depending on traffic. The best of the suburbs with the availability of the big city easily attainable.

First time back in two years.
First time back in two years. Shocked to find there is still a lack of employees in hotels, restaurants, stores, everywhere, especially in light of all the complaining from people about how poor they are and how expensive everything is.
The location is perfect- Just 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the Avalon shopping center.
Also, the hotel is new which means that all amenities are new and working. The bed was very comfortable, there were motivational quotes on the walls and fitness equipment like Yoga mat and fitness ball in the room, which was very thoughtful. The food was delicious and not expensive and the hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and not only for business purposes.
The location and ease of access were great. I did get confused with the other Marriott Courtyard in the area, because I did not realize there were two in Alpharetta. My coworker went there and I ended up being the only one at the new one. However, It worked out and was a better location for my client visit.
I left a couple of items, and Ciara Dacas was particularly helpful in letting me know I had left a keyboard in my room and she would coordinate getting those Items shipped back to me.
Everything was great, from the price to the lobby to the rooms. The lobby was well-lit and inviting. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was very nice and well-stocked. We didn't use it but the pool looked very nice as well. Definitely our new go-to when staying in Alpharetta.
When I came to check in, the woman at the front desk was very kind. She was very friendly and courteous too.. The breakfast that was provided was good too. The whole stay was great. The rooms were very nice and cleaned very well!! I will stay at this hotel again if my family and I visit this area again.
Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The front desk clerk was really sweet. When we left out the older lady at the desk was really kind in answering questions. The pool was clean and relaxing.
We checked out a lot of fun sights and enjoyed downtown Alpharetta
“Village” location, plenty to do - shops & restaurants - inside and immediately outside the hotel. Self-parking very convenient. Staff very willing to accommodate specific requests before & during stay and at billing.
The hotel was very modern and sleek. We loved the fact that the room had a separate living room and bedroom for a GREAT price. The customer service from everyone was AMAZING, even if we already had been helped.
