We had an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic main building. It only took 35 minutes during rush hour traffic. Very convenient!

We stayed at La Quinta in Macedonia because it was most convenient for our route of travel. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the breakfast was a wonderful plus! They did not clean room first day. They said I had to ask a day before for them to clean. Nasty and rude clerk on check in and check out. Do not stay here. I got there and they told me the water will be shut off the next day from 0930 to 1630. No warning. Asked for some compensation and they said it will be given when I check out. When I checked out they said they never shut the water off so then I was not entitled to the 15% off they were going to give me. I called the India clerk a liar. She gave me a hard time but finally gave me 15 percent off. This place is not worth the aggravation. Move on

In general, it does not match up to the standards of the hotels that I usually stay at. Lamps didn/t work. Receptacles were worn to the point that phone chargers would not stay plugged in. Water would not drain sufficiently from the bathroom sink. Stay was for 7 days. One roll of toilet paper was provided only. It goes on and on.
That hotel is a fucking dump. The girl working the desk would not even get up and greet us .just kept pointing to signs every where. Then when we got to room they said they just cleaned it. No... bed had hair all over it. Floor felt like I was walking on sand. Had no towels or soap toilet paper. Just all around fucking mess. Walking to room I felt like I was walking ghetto. Meth heaven is what I would call that place.
This property was very quiet which was a very pleasant surprise usually with hotels you are constantly hearing doors slam people talking laughing etc. Our room was on the side of a busy highway and I could barely hear any road noise I slept like a baby which never happens at a hotel the beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size my husband said the breakfast was good. All in all a very good stay
The bed was super comfortable. I wanted to check the infos of the mattress to look into it but I forgot.
I really liked that I could watch my Netflix on the tv. It was not often the case in the hotels I stayed in and I always end up watching my IPad or my phone with a big tv turned off in front of me. So very nice. 🙂
The place was clean, the staff nice.
It is old and grundgy . It felt damp. I booked a King room and didn’t get one. There was only one towel that they handed to me at check in. There were no blankets, just a sheet. And the key didn’t work to the room. It’s cheap but pay a couple more dollars and stay somewhere else.

We didn't eat breakfast. The only staff we dealt with was the main young man at the desk. He was absolutely the best and should be working for a 5 star hotel. He was efficient, precise, friendly, top flight in every way.
Key Inn is genuinely an outstanding hotel, with excellent staff. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel is unique. Rooms are spacious, rally beautifully designed hotel. Definitely comeback.
We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very clean and the room was very nice. We didn't try the breakfast. The outside was beautiful with great curb appeal. Nothing not to like.
I really love the landscaping in front. Someone really understands that a beautiful flower garden makes the property way more appealing than the usual bushes, flower pots and lawns most hotels have.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It has a nice front porch with great plantings that make a nice place to relax outside. The breakfast was quite good, with lots of options.
