The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We could hang around in the car park. It was very sunny, which really added to the stay. Although it went suddenly went dark for 3m 52s.

We love the location that's on the river edge. It's why we chose to stay there. It's a basic hotel, with basic room and breakfast. Clean, comfortable, warm - good value for money. We loved the (cold) walks around the hotel at night and early morning. Beautiful location. We couldn't stop taking photos. There was a big parking space in front that was really convenient.

Milan has small town/rural vibes, but is 15 minutes from Cedar Point, and our <5 minutes from Kalahari Indoor Water Park. Theres a very small indoor shopping mall near, and tons of places to eat. I would not consider this area “walkable” but via car/Uber everything is easily accessible.

If you are visiting Ohio for Cedar Point, Milan is very close, 10 min drive. The area does not offer much to do close if you are just visiting the area. We did drive an hour to get to Cleveland, and an hour to get to the Amish area.

Close to interstate. This hotel needs an update. Disappointed as we always like Wyndams. They do give you a breakfast so if you need to get on the road quickly it will work for you. We thought it was overpriced considering the need for repairs

Great place to stay with your family especially if you're visiting Cedar Point. Perfect length away from the park to relax , but only a 15-minute drive to get there. This place was great for relaxation and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to families w children. Reasonable rates, great breakfast, and phenomenal staff!!

Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The room was a bit small but fit our needs perfectly. The pool is outside, so if you are looking for something indoor, this isn't the place for you. We enjoyed our short stay and I would stay in the future if needed.

Quiet, clean place.
Quiet, clean place. The freeways and entrances to restaurants and stores was a little weird. You had to drive around too much to get into a parking lot. Freeways don’t have exit ramps for miles on end
I got charged twice on my card. When it should only been $135. Because the $1119.30. Bill was paid with part cash of $848. My daughter also got charged. That means the night person behind counter stole the cash or she simply kept charging our cards. I have my bank statements to prove she charged my card 2 X. $1119.30, was the total bill. So how come after giving her $848 cash. She took $135. Plus charged my card twice, $237.44 and $226.36. I want this put back into my account. Your hotel caused my bank to overdraw.
We were able to book late for a good rate. The hotel is located just off the turnpike. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. When we left the room in the morning, we could hear an alarm clock going off in the room across the hall, but we could not hear it at all from inside our room. Very quiet!
I really felt like the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast offerings, but quite tasty. Overall, a great stay.
The hotel was perfect for needing a place to sleep and relax when I was tired. It isn’t anything fancy, but for the price you can’t beat the nice staff and coziness of the place.
