Easy to locate, good neighborhood, big space for free parking, good simple breakfast. Big room, comfortable and warm. Clean common areas and room/bathroom. A bit pricey compared to other basic hotels but it seems to be in a pricey area so we can understand that. Upon entering the front door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Check-in was the fastest and easiest I’ve ever experienced! The room was spotless, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was good, and we weren’t disrupted by any noises at all throughout our stay.

Supposed to be handicapped room , a bar in shower was all it had . Toilet was a low one and very difficult to get up . I would have not been able to stay in this room six months Ago I am learning to walk again but it still was very difficult: shower was almost impossible. No place to set . We usually bring our own shower chair but forgot it this day .

Hotel is in a prime location in Beachwood. Right by several restaurants, bars, and shopping. Definitely a fun spot, with a beautiful hotel and very pleasant staff. Will absolutely stay here in the future if in the area.

That's a motel so expectations shouldn't be high. Near shopping center with restaurants. No cleaning of the room during our stay and no rug in the bathroom so had to use a towel and share the other one.

Right when we walked in we were greeted with a warning smile! The staff helped make me and my guest feel comfortable while staying there. The food was excellent and always left us full afterwards which was crazy since it was free. It saved us on money for dinner and it was delicious! The pool and hot tub was a lot of fun and an extra bonus I would say! The hotel overall was clean and beautiful. It was a safe location. I would definitely stay here again.
This was the best hotel stay my family and I have ever had. Everything was top notch, from the parking lot to the front desk to the room. Superior customer service. Shai, is a true professional. Drury is very blessed and fortunate to have her as part of their team. If you live in Cleveland or visiting Cleveland, the Drury hotel in Beachwood is the best place to stay. This hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 20 minutes from Cuyahoga Valley National Park, as well as near a lot of big box stores for any travel needs.
As with other Embassy Suites the rooms circle a central grand courtyard which the kids thought was cool.
This hotel is the best in the area! The room was huge, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and we had a full refrigerator. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The lady at the front desk was amazing, let us check in early, and was really welcoming.
Breakfast was a strong point at this hotel with tasty bagels and fresh fruits. Hot coffee of decent quality is always available in the lobby.
