The .ain question on here is what did I think of the breakfast, at the booking sites I searched, it claimed this place has breakfast, they simply did not. It's not that I couldn't find it, I specifically asked, after doing research that claimed they did, and they told me that they do not serve breakfast. We did like the pool and the coziness.

Their was no breakfast. They closed the breakfast room 1 week before we came.
Breakfast should be offered whenever hotel is open.
Location was so beautiful right on the Cheboygan River. We truly enjoyed relaxing on our patio, enjoying the peacefulness of softly flowing river, with the ducks, Canada geese, and seagulls swimming around. The room was very clean, with a new shower and toilet. Beautiful lobby.
The hotel is clean and the staff are super nice and helpful! Location is excellent! We also rented a boat slip that was right outside our door. Facilities are a bit outdated, but it is clean and worked out perfect for us. Will stay here again for sure!
There is NOTHING to like about this horribly gross hotel. Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Major mistake to reserve at this cesspool. DO NOT STAY HERE!
