We liked the overall appearance of the facility. Breakfast choices were adequate and well prepared. Your employee, named Jacqueline, was wonderful. She was friendly and courteous, a joy to talk to. We had no complaints with the staff.

I was very pleased with everything. The continental breakfast was a bonus. I am gluten free so the only thing I could have was the fruit. A helpful thing to change might be to offer gluten free cereal. There are lots of name brand cereals that are naturally gf.

Love going to The Eaton Place for dinner then Reidys for Karaoke on Saturday nights or The Eaton Theater for movies at a reasonable price or just walking the main street and walking to the haunted court house or Dairy Queen for icecream

Don't stay here unless you have no expectations and want nothing for your money. The staff are not trained to be in customer service, it is just a Hodge podge of characters that do not care about their guest and do NOTHING to make their guest feel at home or even wanted there.
We stayed here 2 nights for The Nordic Fire Festival. The hotel is a short drive to the fairgrounds and there were lots of dining options nearby. There is a Meijer right to the hotel within walking distance. Staff were friendly, did a great job keeping the breakfast bar stocked for all the festival goers. I would definitely stay here again.
The facility is basic and a little worn but is comfortable and clean. It met my expectations. There is ample parking and the location is convenient to both the freeway and downtown Charlotte. The staff were friendly and available when needed. If you keep your expectations reasonable, your stay should be fine.
I had a wonderful sleep very quiet location and the staff was wonderful and it was very clean.i would recommend anyone who like alitte out of the way hotels well this one is wonderful and great price. Very helpful staff and hope they remember the lady from Canada 🇨🇦 😀
The room was great especially because it faced wooded area to the North. The breakfasts were good. Cannot overstate how friendly and helpful the staff was. Near to the interstate so it was a quick trip to restaurants etc, and back. Definitely plan to return! Soon!!
Convenient location off the highway and a short drive into the city. (J & J Eaton restaurant on Cochran in the downtown area had excellent, reasonably priced food, including delicious HOMEMADE pies.) Motel had free, basic, contenintal breakfast.
We needed a nice, clean, quiet hotel for a one-night stopover on our vacation. The hotel was everything we had hoped for -- and at a great price. The staff was friendly and made our stay pleasant. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast items were very limited that's why we preferred to eat out for breakfast. Hotel was close to all activities that we had planned to attend. Easy access to interstate highway.
