Downtown Lansing is my favorite place on the planet. There's nothing like the energy downtown on a Saturday night after a Lugnuts game or a Nuthouse Nuttyfest. Having the hotel and Meijer right there downtown was the perfect amenities to making an out of town trip to downtown absolutely perfect.

House keeping and cleaning facilities is planned once in a week by the hotel management which is not good especially when rooms are having kitchen and double occupancy. Room are required to be cleaned on daily basis.

Staff wasn't friendly. Other guest were not very respectful towards other guest.one guest was out of control. Fighting with her spouse. I was minding g my own business and I was startled to something hitting my room . And it was cuz this other lady guest was strung out on God only knows. She ended smashing her wind shield out of her vehicle in the parking lot. Scream stumping her feet like a anger toddler right above my room for a good half hour.and then just kept going on and on until finally the left and never did come come back that night or the next day. I had a man talk to me outside when I was out smoking a cigarette and he was sitting in his vehicle smoking weed for a good 30mins. He said hello to me and I was nice and said hello and then after that he was getting a little to friendly and personal and had the balls to ask if he could come knock on my door in a few minutes. I said no thank you I am not interested in something like he was trying and hoping for. Come to find out he has a wife and I made sure to induce myself to her. So her man hopefully didn't try to get me naked. And the toilet about falls over when u stand up off it cuz it not bolted to the floor

Lansing is always a great place to visit and the only complaint I had with the hotel was it was very noisy with the other guests banging and yelling early in the morning. Perhaps next time a third floor may be a little quieter than the main floor.
A hotel with infinitely more character than the usual cookie-cutter blandness you find at every turn-off. The swimming pool was in an atmospheric atrium. This is a place with real charm. The staff was the warmest and kindest - showing their true wonderful heart and abilities during an incident during my stay when a non-verbal 2-year-old was found wandering the hallways in nothing but a diaper, and the staff came together to care for him and find his parents. Also the included breakfast was well above average.
We took communicating rooms: a Double Queen beds and a King bed. Nice rooms, good beds. Great location for the Hotel, right in the heart of the city. I liked the gym facilities: more than adequate compared to others. The bar is very charming, boasting a modern, open aesthetic, and the restaurant (along with the room service) is efficient and comprehensive, albeit slightly expensive. The staff is highly professional, very kind, and responds promptly. Housekeeping was great. Overall, a really great experience.
Our mother and a friend wee visiting from Toronto, and we just didn't have enough space for two guests. I looked at local hotels, and was going to give up the search when I came across these apartments. I know the location, and it was super close to our house.
Our guests were THRILLED with the place - the size, cleanliness, appliances, and even some workout machines! Truly a gem - we have told several of our friends, and encourage anyone who is looking to stay in Lansing to consider these apartments!
We liked that the hotel room was able to accommodate 6 people, two adults and four children. There were two full-size beds in the bedroom, and a pull out sofa (the sofa bed frame was bent and broken and needed replacing) in the front living room area.
The kitchenette area was nice, we had the option of eating-in using the large microwave, stove, and we were able to store a lot of drinks and frozen food in the fridge. The room came stocked with pans, porcelain plates, cups, and soap.
the restaurant and bar onsite were a real bonus. I had dinner there and they were wildly busy with only one server. She was terrific and was doing her best to keep up. All the patrons were very understanding (which was a relief). Then one of the front desk staff came and helped her. That was a great sign of team work. You don't see that often enough. Congratulations to the hotel staff who were ready to roll up their sleeves.
My girlfriends n I visit Lansing Ramada several times. Always welcoming and professional! Even with traveling issues on our side, your staff is patient and finds a way to accommodate us! We will be back n continue to recommend your establishment. May God continue to bless your Journey!
We have stayed in several hotels in Lansing, and this was by far the best! It was clean, staff was friendly, and there was just a good vibe among the other guests. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was really good. Honestly a great bang for your buck!
The pool is excellent....delicious breakfast....room ., especially the beds, very very comfortable. Room also quiet and relaxing. Will return to this location next time in Lansing!!!
