Overall this was a fairly cheap hotel and you got what you paid for - if you're on a budget then go for this place but I think there are better deals elsewhere for a nicer experience.
The location was quite out of town, and to get a taxi into Goreme cost about £10 each time (so at least £20 a day), so keep that in mind when calculating your best deal. This was cheaper per night than other options but once we added this into the equation it didn't end up being that much cheaper than other options.
Internet didn't work for a couple of days but once reported it did get fixed.
They did try to charge us for drinking alcohol we bought from an outside shop on their terrace which they had never warned us about beforehand - but when we disputed this they dropped the charge.

Goreme was a great town but a 20/25 minute taxi drive away. We had our balloon ride from there which was excellent. The whole area is a beautiful sight, absolutely breathtaking. Our whole trip was spoiled by our hotel accommodation. Yes, we chose a cave hotel but with deluxe accommodation, balcony, dining area and we expected a window to look out of to actually see the beautiful views of the valley. AND ... not have to climb 161 steps to our room. We expect a refund please.

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride. We booked for a week to give us the best opportunity of having a great weather day for the experience, giving up Istanbul as a travel destination. The first 3 days were too windy. Day 4 was perfect. We had a signature life experience. We then went to Istanbul see what we could in the left over time

Nevsehir is the capital city of this province. Do not stay in the town itself. It is very large and not actually in the part of Cappodocea you want to see. Neither is it near the Nevsehir airport. Stay in Goreme, Avanor or Urgup to be in the heart of the region.

You should try the Sultans Ceramic and make your own ceramic. But don’t buy from there it’s quite expensive and you can find the same pieces of ceramic much cheaper in Avanos.
Must visit: Göreme to watch the hot air balloons and you can stay near there.
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please Kapadokya Hill give your staff awards! Specially the receptionist Mr. Ahmet and Ms.Niluffr. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much.Would definitely send a friend there.

There are also a Sauna, Turkish Hamam, swimming pool and best massages for a perfect stay. The reception and service is 24 hours available, very friendly and fullfilling every wish. We highly recommend the great cave rooms with romantic, colorful lights, private pool and even waterfall - an unforgettable experience in the middle of a wonderful landscape.
The hotel staff was so accommodating that I arrived at the property early but they helped me to adjust to a different place for some time. Moreover, they thoroughly guided me on public transportation and even provided shuttle service free of cost to Nevsehir city center and to the Nevsehir bus station. I highly recommend this place while your stay in Capadoccia.
The personnel at the Vie Hotel are outstanding. They scheduled us to fly a balloon for the next day in the morning. The staff advised us on places to go and made reservations for a group with a top-notch guide for us. You should try the fascinating and secure feeling of flying a balloon.

Loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were very clean and equipped with everything. The front yard had places to sit. The staff were amazing. When we reached it was 9:30 am. They were kind enough to prepare our room and allowed us to check in at 10am.
This is an absolutely amazing hotel. It is operated by family and I felt like family. Staying in Cappadocia is like staying in a cave which is exactly this hotel. Very delicious breakfast in the terrace where you can get tea and Turkish coffee at anytime.
Staff are very friendly, and they solved olur problem quickly. Easy to get to the hotel from airport. It is not in the Center but easy to arrive the City Center. There is a stop where it is too close the hotel. Breakfast was very delicious and variety.
Really nice and fancy for the price. It was really a cool experience to stay in the cave but not pay cave hotel prices. The food and staff were accommadting and nice. We had a car and the owner advised us very well to take that and what route to go.

The staff was really nice and friendly, and they had a dog in front of the hotel. The view from our apartment was really nice, although the room wasn’t the cleanest but it’s fair for the money. Over all, it was good.
Cave experience is really impressive. Outside of room you are in very good organized hotel. The staff was very polite, not good in english , but smiling. Excellent breakfast.
