It's a really basic and simple kind of accommodation. Regarding the price, you basically get what you pay for. The staff members were nice and friendly. It's only a 15 min walk from Marmara Park. And it has AC and heater. Complimentary water and coffee and tea on the table. A small TV and a kettle were also available.

The room was very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast had enough options for eating enough so we could venture into Istanbul till the next meal. The fitness gym and the swimming pool were mostly for ourselves. The hotel is right next to Akbati Mall. The parking valet was very friendly and reliable.

If you are visting a fair, that´s a great location - but if...
If you are visting a fair, that´s a great location - but if you want to see something from Instanbul - it´s not the best location, Too far to the centre .... you can see sea - but definitely you cannot reach it by feet - because there´s no visible walking line to it.
The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and it smelled nice. The breakfast buffet was a simple European food, but it was a good quality compared to a 4 star hotel that I stayed at in the area. I really like how fresh their yoghurts, fruits, vegetables and cheese were. The staff were nice and helpful, whenever I needed anything. Also Marmara Park was only a 7 mins walk from this hotel. The location was good as everything was close by.
When I was looking for Beylikdüzü hotel, I came across it. I read the comments. I read the negative comments. I saw that Gardan Hotel was more suitable for me than other hotels and had better conditions. I am speaking according to the comments of other hotels. I liked the restaurant very much and had dinner by the pool while enjoying the pool. Beylikdüzü is an elite region with many good places to visit and see.
I have been twice to Vespia Hotel, both times for business reasons.
The staff is very professional, friendly and 24/24h available, the room was super clean and I liked a lot the free tea and cakes buffet that there is every afternoon/evening: it made my working evenings more pleasant and less stressful :)
really nice hotel with a good view over the sea and the lake, had a wonderful time there, nice and friendly front office Manager very helpful Mr. Kasdir is there looking after the guest and making sure that every thing is perfect, highly recommended to every one, definitely will be back soon
As we stay their for TUYAP Fair the location was great the Metrobüs & bus station in front of hotel, Tourum mall two minutes walk beside some nice coffee shops & Restorats.

The hotel was near the Exhibition Centre and a lot of restaurants were nearby.
There was limited access to the hotel so not many guests were around. There wasn't much noise around the property which is how I prefer it.
The hotel was wonderful and worth the money.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Chihab Mokdad. He was very careful with all our needs and very receptive. Thank you for an amazing experience!
The people working at the hotel, so friendly and helpful! everybody - receptionists, cleaning ladies, waiters, they made my stay very pleasant! Also good coffee at breakfast!
