I decided to extend my stay at the hotel where I stayed for one night. I was hesitant about the comments at first, frankly, the price and the friendliness of the staff are great.

I recently stayed in room 405 at Grand Hotel Park in Istanbul, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I found room 405 to be unclean with a strong smell of smoke lingering. There was visible dust and an overall lack of cleanliness.
Additionally, when I attempted to extend my stay by booking an extra night through Booking.com and informing the reception, I encountered a communication breakdown. Despite my efforts, my key card stopped working the next day, leading to confusion and unnecessary inconvenience. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of coordination and communication, especially considering I had already booked room 405 for an additional night.
Furthermore, room 405 faces a noisy road with constant car horns, making it difficult to rest for those sensitive to noise.
I believe the hotel would greatly benefit from improving their communication skills, especially in languages like English and Arabic, to better accommodate international guests. For instance, having staff fluent in Arabic, French, and English could enhance the experience for guests from diverse backgrounds.
Overall, my stay in room 405 at Grand Hotel Park was disappointing due to cleanliness issues, noise disturbances, and communication mishaps. I hope this feedback helps the hotel management improve their services for future guests.

I was well treated by the owner of the accommodation and caretaker.. The accommodation was very clean. It is close to local amenities. Everything there was supper good and environment peaceful.

Esenyurt was where I wanted to spend time as other family members lived in the same part of the city. The location of Onay Life was the best for me because it was within walking distance of my friends and other family members. Also, it was just in the middle of grocery shops, and restaurants, and accessible to shopping centers by taxi at reasonable prices.

it's quiet and peaceful, transportation always available, i stayed close or near kbati mall, i enjoined the mall and surrounding restaurants, it would be better to have a companion, and i would differently take my spouse next time.
I have nothing bad to say about Hotel very clean and Tidy.
Staff was lovely They helped me every day and night to lift my Mobility scooter over one step and help with getting into Little Lift with my Scooter.
The Hotel was super, the Staff was fantastic.
Finally there is not much to see in the Area, you have to used a Taxi for everything because it,s on a Motorway Traffic not moving costing alot more to get any where.

The hotel as a whole including reception, services, cleanliness, and breakfast have met my expectation. The majority of the staff are bilingual and always there to speak your language. This was my second time and I am definitely taking it as my prime option for my future visits.
The location is in the middle of a very lively street where you can have a taste of Arabic cuisine and sweets.
Being there for business I wasconstantly in and out and in meetings. However, the location is excellent, right in the centre of the city with all the amenities a few steps away from the hotel. There is also a very big shopping mall in front of the hotel.
Staff always available and very kind. Good variety of foods at breakfast buffet. The hotel offers also a spa and body care facilities.

We enjoyed staying at the Nidya Hotel and suggest the hotel for everyone who is still thinking. Very clean and comfy rooms, very big suite room with a good view. The team is always supportive and kind. The breakfast was delicious😍 we will definitely come back! Thank you!

You have 3 mini markets next to it, Western Union, restaurants and plenty of parking spaces.
This is the best option in the area don't try any other hotel.
I liked the fact the hotel is situated on the main street and has almost everything near by. Pharmacies,Barber shop,etc... Gunay at the reception is doing a wonderful job. He'll try everything he can to make you satisfied.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
While booking it has free parking but there is no parking at all. I had a lot of problem parking my car. The hotel is not family friendly at all. Customer service is very poor.
