the property is perfectly clean, well equiped and has a perfect atmosphere. The location is wonderful too. Great choice with a family, we had an excellent time here.

- We come to Zuberec every year during the Folklore festival on the first weekend of August. It is a lovely combination of culture and hiking.
- There is a lot to do in every season - hiking, biking or skiing just to name a few.
- You can also visit the museum of Orava village and cave Brestova.
All in all it is a perfect location to recharge your batteries.

Zuberec is located in the beautiful nature.
Zuberec is located in the beautiful nature. The nearest mountain is available by foot or by local bus. You can also see the waterfalls, when you are looking for the simpler hiking. I visited the restaurant called "Oravska izba", which I can highly recommend. In Zuberec you'll find also sweet shop.

We love this nice village a lot.
We love this nice village a lot. In last month we already have been there for 3 weekends. Zuberec is a lovely place to stay, quite, with fresh air and nice views. We really love the restaurants, food, and friendly people.
What is the best is the possibility for all the mountain and forestry walks. We have been to Volovec, Baníkov and Roháčske plesá, and it was just amazing. Fresh air, beautiful views and nice workout for the body, we are definitely coming back! :-)

Perfect place for any type of relaxation - nature walks,...
Perfect place for any type of relaxation - nature walks, hiking, winter sports. The locals are amazing and the views all around are just beautiful. It is great value for money with nice local food in most of the restaurants.
Of course this is a place from the previous epoch,
but I think rating and comments are really unfair.
IMHO this should be treated as something between hotel and mountain shelter
- it's very close to the park
- it's cheap
- it's very tidy / clean
- rooms are comfortable and well equipped
- very nice surroundings (no brainer to choose it against every location in the Zuberec)
- bar with nice variety of alcohol
Very nice, clean, spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated apartment in an excellent, quiet location. Walking distance from ski shops and lifts in Zuberec. Friendly, helpful hosts. Great views of the slopes from the living room window. Access to a basement gear room for storing skis, etc. Nice games room (ping pong/foosball/darts). Big garden. Lots of owls.
Host is extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. This property has perfect location walking distance anywhere in Zuberec. Apartment was very clean and furnished with modern furniture in a very smart way - everything has it's place. Simply perfect place for a weekend escape or longer vacation.
Excellent location. There are groceries and the central part of Zuberec in general right next door. You can also order breakfast with the accommodation.Parking without problems. Excellent accommodation also for a family with children, as there is a separate bedroom.
Very nice place with all the facilities that you need. Room was comfortable, with private bathroom. Kitchen was shared, but close by to the room and well equipped. Hosts were very nice and helpful. House is located in centre of Zuberec. I would recommend this place.
An excellent base for exploring the Slovakian Western Tatras. It combines the atmosphere of a mountain chalet with many amenities, such as excellent cuisine and close parking. We will definitely visit here again.
