Everything, actually. Just a pity we only stayed for 1 night. No time to heat the jacuzzi. But we enjoyed the sauna! The cabin is perfect for groups or families!
We were travelling with a baby, so we appreciated also the washing machine and dryer!

Unique building in a great location below the Tatras mountains. If you're a fan of modern architecture, you should visit! The room was excellent with views - I went at a quiet time so was lucky to receive an upgrade. Comfortable bed and the bathroom well equipped. The breakfast was good too. Also, if you enjoy wintersports / hiking, then Štrbské Pleso is q good destination and a bit different too. Highly recommend.

Tatranska Strba is a great base for exploring Tatra mountains. It's a 15 minute drive to the Strbske pleso, and equally distanced from Poprad (the closest large city) and Liptovska Mara (big lake for swimming). Nearest big store is in the Svit (Lidl, Billa), and there are some local stores in Tatranska Strba, Strba and Strbske pleso with some basic necessities. There are amazing hikes in Tatras, starting in the valleys and looping across the high mountain ridges. There are many peaks to mount but it takes strenght and endurance, many creeks and lakes to discover. Some peaks can be reached by a chair lift. Great area for the cycling and mountain biking, long rides though.

Getting from Štrba train station to Štrba isn't very walkable and you should have a car if you stay there. Getting to Štrbské Pleso is very easy from the train station.
If you can stay in Štrbské Pleso you should do so.

Quiet village with very clear air, without many lamps, so You can make beautiful night pictures, if you want. In Štrba is 3 fine pubs. One of them with low prices (U poľovníka). People is willing and cordial.
Best place to stay in strba. Everything worked well, really clean and cozy. Absolutely would recommend this to other people and I would go there again. Hosts are really welcoming, warm and friendly.
Super nice house, ideal for hiking in the Tatras, without staying in a hotel. The house as a common kitchen that you can use for a simbolic amount. Super nice owner! I felt at home there!
For me this was a good location, close to Big Tatras very easy to go by car and after back.. And village Štrba is small and Quit village with nice surroundings ..
