We had issues finding the accommodation at first, but the owner was really nice and patient when navigating us.
How close it was to the ski resort for beginners. You could just ski down from the accommodation and ride it up. The intermediate slopes are about 5 minute car ride away.
The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, bunch of plates and cups, enough for a bigger group.

Motyčky is very nice place with lots of traditional houses. IT is rather noisy due to the nearby road, but the dam and nature is marvelous. Just a few minutes drive from Donovaly, the centre of skiing and hiking.
There is no shop or restaurant just one "bistro" so you would have to shop at Staré Hory or Donovaly. But still, it is worth to stay at.
