We stayed for 2 nights in November. I have booked a room in the historic building but we then decided to stay in the main building since the weather was bad and the spa/restaurant were there. The staff went an extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We could use the pool when we wanted, the fireplace was lit for us - great compliment for the staff hospitality. Something else I really need to emphasize was the food- stunning fresh breakfast ( THE BEST FLUFFY PARMESAN OMELETTE I HAVE EVER HAD). We also dined 3 times in the restaurant and all items on the menu were really remarkable. Having great freshly prepared tasty food and being able to relax in a cosy atmosphere made our stay very pleasurable.

The room was serviceable. It was clean and the bed mattress adequate. The shower was fantastic- lots of warm water and a modern shower. My room was cleaned nicely on the third day of my 3 day stay, I wish it would have been cleaned on day 2. My privacy was respected.

Very nice hotel with great location far from the cities and deep in the forest. Very quiet environment, beautiful nature all around you. Staff had some difficulties in communication in English, but they tried their very best and was very nice and friendly, so we were able to understand each other at some point. It was awesome, the apartmant was very pretty and clean, comfortable and everything was there which is needed for a ski trip. I can just recommend to anybody. The only part which was not the best the parking place, I guess it's confusing and not really comfortable for 2 cars but we managed and I guess others as well.

The facilities are excellent, very good breakfast, free parking. Quiet room. Although there were two weddings, the hotel was quiet and it did not bother us at all.
