Hotel Villa Bianca is a perfect place located in center of Liptovsky Mykulas. Nice hosts, they there friendly, intelligent and helpful, changed smaller room in to a bigger even I don’t asked them, good breakfast, garage storage for ski equipment, dryer for boots, washing machine, free parking, fresh new building. Sauna is 14 euros for 2 people for 2 hours - which is enough, because it's private and only for you. It's 15-20 minutes to the Jasna resort on a car, if ski buss to Jasna it is about 1 km. to buss stop, so better on a car.

Very good option for short or long stay as well. We were there for 1 night. The location is perfect, with a very big "backyard" and playground. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superabundant, and we ate a dinner at the restaurant, it was also delicious. The kitchen of the apartment was fully equipped, so it's perfect for longer term as well.

Cozy interiors, airy room, clean bathroom. And the breakfast… my goodness, the breakfast was crazy good, every day. The apartments are at a 15 minute walk from the city center. The host is super nice, she made sure all our needs were met. You could tell she put a lot of work and dedication into this place. We went there to ski mostly–Jasna is a 15-20 minute car ride from here. There are private parking spots for guests right next to the property.
In the Demanovska Valley in Low Tatras, Hotel Bystrina is 1 km from LA Ziarce Ski Centre and 8 km from Jasna Ski Area.

I chose this hotel because of spa and closeness to ski area, we had an offer for a good price and we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Our double room was spacious including the bathroom and a very big bed, breakfast was also all right. We used a ski bus - 5 minutes walking.
The best of all Tatras! We usually don't meet anyone on a 8h hike. Just beautiful mountains, streams, spectacular views and long walks. From Bobrovec it is easy to reach all mountain range - it's less than 1h drive to the western side of High Tatras (Stary Smokovec, etc.) and some of the trails start a few km up the road from Bobrovec. Tatralandia is 2 km away and the caves (the Ice Cave and Demanovska Cave) are only 30 minutes away. There are car parks near each trail start so if you have a car (rental at the airport) it is super convenient.
This time we went in September and some of the days we had to walk in falling snow and sub-zero temperatures but this is not a problem for a prepared hiker (layers!) and the views are spectacular!
