While it is labelled Vandrarhem, you might also call it "self-catering 1-star hotel"! Cleaning, linen abd towels are included in the price.
The place is nicely set up and clean, and while it is remote, the area is really nice. Plus, the landlady is friendly, helpful and lots of fun to talk to. I'd definitely stay again.

Everywhere clean, nice owners, and extraordinary decorations all over the house. The owners speak English and are always there for help. Wi-Fi was working and it was nice that rooms had wash basins. There was a fridge in the room and enough electric sockets.

The house is very nicely furnished.
Especially inviting was the short walk to the beautiful outdoor area!
Everywhere in the house there was a corner to relax, entertainment was also provided. There is a dart board and a small pool table in the house. and for outdoor activities was also plenty available.
Sauna corner really invites you to relax ;-)
9 out of 10 points, because I got this house for professional reasons and did not have time to fully enjoy it.
Next time definitely planned for the vacations.

- Lunch - not applicable, simply for the fact that I didn't lunch at the hotel, but if the experience I had was like "Dinner" value yourself the answer.

- Services (simply for the fact that unfortunately I haven't used them, but I've seen what's behind, and in my opinion it's an "exceptional" score)
- Place - far from chaos (for me exceptional)
- General evaluation - it's worth it (so exceptional)
The pool area is really nice and the minigolf was really high standard. I would definetely recommend a trip to kosta lodge if you’re looking for a stay in the nature but still want access to facilities as restaurant, pool, fishing etc. We visited the moose park nearby. Also a great Experience.
A small oasis for rest, peace of mind, and natural beauty close to Kosta with swimming facility, bar, restaurant and very helpful staff. A good alternative to Kosta Art Hotel if you want to live in nature.
