Welcome home at Trollebo! Whether you're looking for a cozy retreat in the woods to come home to after a day of exploration in nature or a relaxing workation, you'll find it at Trollebo. The newly renovated fully furnished cottage has 250Mbs internet and is conveniently located near arterial roads 25 & 28 in the center of the Swedish Glass Kingdom, within 1 hour from airports Växjö, Kalmar & Ronneby. Trollebo has a living room, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Trollebo is a freestanding, little but spacious villa fully surrounded by a large garden. The backside of the house borders the forest. Maybe you'll see our village moose walk by on her morning stroll, from your bedroom view. The living areas are all on the same floor. All rooms and the bathroom have been renovated in 2021/2022. The house is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Kids can play safely on the street and there are two playgrounds within walking distance.
Start your day with a walk through the woods and a cup of coffee or tea on the porch in the morning sun to the sound of twittering birds. Pick wild strawberries, blueberries and raspberries everywhere around you. Go hunt for chanterelles and take a swim in one of the nearby located lakes. Shop at the Kosta Outlet, challenge your skills with a glass blowing workshop, go spot moose at the moose park, visit former historical capital city Kalmar and take a boat tour through the beautiful archipelago of Karlskrona. End your day at our local restaurant or grill your moose-sausage in the backyard and relax to a movie streamed through the chrome cast. There are a lot of hiking trails nearby, as well as lakes. Cyclists can make great biking tours in the area. Can't take vacation days but can you work from home? Come stay for a workation at Trollebo with our 250Mbs internet connection! In the village there is a gas station with a small grocery store, across from Schnitzelklubben restaurant. Larger convenience stores are all within 10-15 minutes driving distance.
