Solid 10, and here's why: we stayed at the worse moment, monzoon, extreme weather. It was the only place that never lost power, wifi or water, they had all the back up systems working and ready to take care of everybody . Amazing welcoming, nice, friendly, and helpful ladies. Helped us with transportation, motor rental, trips. Bungalows super clean and very comfortable, tucked away in a perfectly kept garden with some lounge beds and friendly dogs and cats.
