Available facilities exceeded expectations. There is laundry room In the basement and there is two pairs of washing machine - dryer plus special drying stand (with fan and heater) for ski boots. There is even elevator. Most of all - charming sight of Bormio mountains through the window, you can even see the Bormio 3000 station. There are two groceries shops within 10 minutes of walk - you can take pedestrian way alongside the river and enjoy Italian countryside atmosphere, especially because there is a small part of street without pavement. There is a local bar within 5 minutes of walk and a superb pizzeria (next to your home - 1 minute of walk :) ) with wood oven where chef makes your pizza in front of your eyes.
Bormio Ski you can reach by car in 5-7 minutes, the same for Bormio Therme ( the only SPA in Bormio available for children). If you want to visit Livigno, check the weather and snow-chains and fuel (significantly cheaper in Livigno) reserve (passing icy Livigno pass serpentine without chains can be dangerous - even cars with winter tyres struggle there in bad weather conditions). To reach Livigno by car - about 1 hour, but can easily double in bad weather - huge traffic jams due to irresponsible drivers, who decide to mount the chains straight on the road, because unable to drive without them. Better to mount them in the first road pocket as you notice the first signs of snow - things can worsen very fast when ascend.

I loved everything, great view, location, apartment and lovely breakfast. But the best part was for sure the super kind owner, she ensured everything was top notch and made our stay even better. Super easy check-in and chilled check-out.
Will come back for sure, at 8km from bormio's QC terme and bout 40min drive to livigno you have everything u could want for a vacation in one of the world's best mountains.

We loved the situation, the views, the helpfulness of the host, the coziness. The accomdation was lovely and warm. The kitchen was well kitted, one had all than was needed. It is an ideal accomodation for a couple who likes the mountains, amazing views and the quietness. We have added Taulain to our list of going back.

The apartment was warm, cozy and stylish. It looked like brand new, just like on the pictures. We appreciated it especially when the weather wasn not so good. We could also watch Netliflix movies on one of two smart TVs.There is a nice sauna in front of the house too.Our host Laura was worried if we had everything, even though she was sick or busy at work. We were in contact via whatsapp all the time.I definitely recommend this spot.

Beautiful area, lovely panoramas, great position due to Passo dello Stelvio, Passo Gavia, Mortirolo, Cancano lake or Livigno. Great termal pool (QC Therme Bormio), amazing little natural thermal pool (hidden) beside the ice cold river about 7km away. Lots of little playgrounds with fresh water and sitting in a shade - great for kids. Classic shops such as Le Corti, ice cream shops and cafés all around the little town of Bormio.
Its very Clean, beds are super comfy, the apartment is big and cozy in the same time. Kitchen in wood- mountain style, but with touch screen oven and big terrace window doors, leading to wonderful nature view. I can not ask anything more for a place made for rest and good memories. It has own parking and it is only 4 min with car from the center of Bormio.
The staff is super friendly, dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The room was big and comfortable, parking for free is possible at the hotel premises. Not located in the city center but the sightseeing is amazing, so excellent location if you travel by car.
Very good breakfast prepared by owner. There was a lockable garage to put my bike with plenty of room to maintain or clean bike. Free parking at property, EV charging in direct proximity and Bormio only 4 km away. Great region for cyclists who love the mountains.

Very nice apartment, with all what is needed for a family week. Very comfortable bed, kitchen equipped with all necessary stuff to cook a meal, nice balcony with view on Bormio slopes. We really liked it and probably will come back.

I will only mention breakfast being served by pleasant staff (Thanks Sandel!). The lady keeping the hotel as well, very, very nice and ready to accommodate the visitors requests.
The location is absolutely brilliant. Perfect for a family of 3. The hosts are also very welcoming, kind and willing to help and share all the "secrets" that Bormio has.
