    The apartment is very nice, new, clean, spacious. Equipped with all necessary devices. Underground garage for a car. Beautiful views from the terrace of the mountains and the surrounding area. The property is located approximately 25 km from Livingo and approximately 12 km from Bormio. Access to Livingo is via a winding mountain road, but well maintained. The owner Alessandro is very helpful, nice and polite, he takes exceptional care of his guests. The facility is worth the price. Definitely worth recommending.

    Lovely small traditional hotel. More modern than it looks on the website. The staff made this hotel exceptional. Really friendly and very helpful receptionist and very nice restaurant staff. Breakfast had just what you need to start the day. We were always last to come to breakfast but they always had hot food left. Handy parking both in the front and around the back for taking in your skis. The pizzas were very good in the restaurant.

    The staff of this hotel has excellent attitude, they are kind, friendly and helpful. The meals are pretty good and the service is very good. My room was a single room, not big but alright for one person, the bathroom was new and the floor of the room too. I complained that I was cold and they turned on the heaters, very good. The bed was comfortable

    Fantastic location with amazing views of the mountains. The room was comfortable and a good breakfast provided. The owner allowed us to park our motorcycle in the private garage which was much appreciated. They have an arrangement with a local hotel where we were able to eat in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Amazing service! I booked this hotel for one night stay, however when I arrived and saw amazing territory, activities and view, I decided stay longer. Corina is super helpful and kind! She suggested a few options and support me during my stay. Amazing place, highly recommended to stop and rest.

    It’s a very cozy, and comfortable place, the beds were nice, everything is clean, the host explains everything so check in and check out were easy. 3 minutes drive from Bagni Novi and 8 minutes from Bagni Vecci and from Bormio Ski lifts.
