The hotel in located in nature, in the top of a hill. The view with the lake is breath taking! The room was clean and we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was very simple. They do not have an appropriate restaurant. Because I do not speak Italian language, it was difficult to communicate with the host. She was very kind anyhow.

A gorgeous place for a short getaway from the hussle and bussle of the city. We were there just for a weekend, and it recharged our batteries sufficiently that many busy places wouldn't even after a week.

Sarnico is a beautiful town.
Sarnico is a beautiful town. Good for either a short break or a stop on your travels. Many restaurants and shops. We ate in a few of them and can recommend all of them. Is inhabited by locals and not so many tourists so less touristy. Can walk from place to place easily. Look out for different priced accommodation. There is a place for everyone's choice. Market is on Thursday. Pay a visit to the church in the centre of the town. Beautiful. Can swim in the lake, a little way out on the left hand side of Lake Iseo. Ice cream along the river, in the car park is divine. Parking a little pricey and all day. Main road across bridge so this road can be busy.

Make sure you get the updated book for the lake. You need a car to get around to all of the sights around the lake. It was lovely and very little tacky tourist traps. Refreshing to visit all of the sights around the lake. It was a little difficult to find sights even with GPS.

The bed and breakfast „Casa Della Zia“, is a place to feel cosy and warm...The hosts are always available ..They give as good advices, what you have to see when you stay in Sarnico..they recommended us nice spots, restaurants, and cities around Franciacorta..The Room is very lovely, with a lot of sweet details and also very clean..Just a few meters away are two partnership Cafés, where you can get typical Italian breakfast..

The grounds and views were breathtaking, majestic, and serene. The accommodations were impeccable and our spacious patio allowed us to relax in the fresh air. The food and service were exceptional (as a vegetarian, I had one of the best pastas I’ve ever had while my husband’s steak was delish). And having breakfast al fresco was the perfect way to begin our day. We will definitely return as it is a three-hour drive from where we live and the town of Sarnico is lovely. They are dog-friendly, too!
The accommodation was in an excellent location within minutes walk of lake, restaurants, bars and shops.
There is a cafe and bar at the property on the ground floor, however as the season changes in September this was closed during our stay. This was not an issue as there is an abundance of cafes for breakfast nearby.
If booking after 5th September please be aware that the ferries only run from Sarnico at weekends . However there are plenty of regular buses to the other towns on the lake .
The hotel is not a walkable distance from Sarnico, you definitely need the car or the bike. The access to the spa is not included in the price of the room. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean but you get the feeling of an anonymous big hotel, so it’s probably great for work or a congress, but I wouldn’t suggest it for a couple.
The breakfast was freshly prepared. A lot to choose from. The housekeeper is very friendly, even if you don’t speak Italian. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is always fresh fruit, water, coffee and tea at your disposal. Lots of parking space in the private garden of the property.
The rooms are organised and equipped with safe and fridge. Free parking under the hotel.
The check-in is closed at 11pm but they sent us all the information we needed in order to do self check-in including how to get in the parking lot and left us the keys on the doors.
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Even before my arrival they provided help with traveling to the hotel. The location is central with easy access to shops. It was Christmas time, so there was a nice ice skating ring in front of the hotel!
Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location and the view of the Iseo lake is just fantastic. The hostess is extremely nice and hospitality person. We'll definitely come again!
The place is amazing to stay in Sarnico, it is super cozy, well equipped and is located just a few minutes away from the main attractions. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
