I like the location and the fact that a free parking was available. It's in the very centre of Sarnico, you can't miss or regret it. The room was basic but clean. And I loved the little balcony with a nice view. I stayed for just one night, arrived late in the evening and left in the morning right after breakfast so didn't get a chance to love or hate the place :-p

Loved the check-in staff and their attention to service. The restaurant with an incredible menu and ambience. My first night i was given a bedroom with the garden view, large and comfortable, peaceful. The second night upgrade to Lake View...OMG, stunning sunset and peaceful, graceful setting. Breakfast room on the terrace had the best view and food selection was quite varied and plentiful. Perfect 3 minute eggs!

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

Super host and super view! You book this place for the terrace, the view is pretty much unbeatable. Anita was a super host, great communication and tips. She even helped take us on some wine tours for 8 friends!
The bed was super comfy and the apartment as per the photos. There isn't much room to "chill" in the apartment but you stay here to chill on the terrace, it's huge and lovely!
About a 10 minute walk into Paratico and Sarnico.

In a perfect location in the middle of Paratico, the b&b is located in an old property with large bedroom and bathroom. Huge loggia where we enjoyed a tasty Italian colazione with a cool breeze and delicious coffee.
Rosamaria, our host, was a very kind lady, helping us with any queries we had.
The bed was very comfortable and the air con helped us have a good sleep too.
We will definitely be back!
Breakfast was great, but best of all was the staff: very nice, helpful and just all around very pleasant. The hotel itself was s bit of s surprise because we were not expecting it to be so pretty and have such gorgeous views. Now we are planning to go back and spend more time there to go around the lake.
Very quirky and unusual property. Handmade furniture to a really high standard. Our son absolutely loved his little 'bedroom' up the ladder. Location was just a short drive to Lake Iseo and the town of Paratico. Parking easy to use just across the road from the property. Host extremely helpful.
The hotel's location is simply fantastic to enjoy the surroundings of Lake Iseo on foot. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Everything was clean and all facilities functioned well. Good WiFi connection too. Private parking was very good and breakfast was great.
The location is amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the lake and it’s very convenient to go out for a walk. I only stayed there for one night but the room was great and had a nice view over the lake.
The patio off our room had a view of the swimming pool, the beautiful hotel grounds and the lake. It was a short walk to the promenade around the lake and to nearby restaurants. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly welcome by the owner!
We loved this apartment in Paratico, just on the coast of lake Iseo. Great decor inside, felt very homely & had everything we needed. Within driving distance to Sarnico/Paratico and all of lake Iseo. Great A/C for during summer.
