Really nice and comfortable room with a fantastic view. Well located at the entrance of the town and within a minute of a large parking lot that is not visible from the hotel at all.

We stayed here the last 2 weeks of June and loved it! We had the biggest apartment on the ground floor which was really cool, even though temperatures were above 30 degrees the whole time. But we didn't even have to use the ventilators as the apartment was cool enough. There are shutters on the inside of the windows so that helped keeping the heat out too ( and there are insects screens!) The bedroom is véry big, the bed itself is big and comfortable and with the shutters you can really black out the room! The bathroom is spacious enough, especially the shower. Francesco was not much in sight as he just became a father but Maria was always there to help and she is fantastic and ever so kind, nothing is too much for her and despite her not speaking English (and I don't speak Italian) Google translate helped us always. The fact that you can park your car under the canopy was also a luxury with these high temperatures. And last but not least there is the pool, and the view from the pool; unforgettable.

Situated in San Gemini in the Umbria region, Sally's House has a balcony. The property is located 24 km from Cascata delle Marmore, 30 km from Piediluco Lake and 40 km from La Rocca.
Location was incredible - next to plenty of lovely restaurants all within 2-5min walk as well as coffee and ice cream places. We also drive to rome for the day as well as a local wine tasting tour, for which the hotel helped us organise child care, which was very convenient.
The swimming pool area is spectacular and impeccably maintained.
The hotel is very luxurious but we were made to feel welcome even with young children. We booked the junior suite which had joining rooms and it was very large and spacious.
Casale Molinelle is in a beautiful location near San Gemini. The house had everything we needed and the wifi was fast enough so we were able to work. The garden is beautiful and the pool very refreshing on hot days. We had no car but were still able to move around the area: you can walk to San Gemini or take the bus there or to Terni. Francesco was very helpful and picked us up from Terni train station and took us back there after check-out. Thank you!
All of the staff at reception were exceptionally helpful. I was upgraded to a superior room with a balcony with a fabulous view - perfect for watching far off lightning at nite. Best of all - the hotel has a wonderful private park with a very sleek, modern pool. It was icy but perfect for a hot afternoon. I had it all to myself and felt like a contessa!
During our travels around Italy we needed a place to stay for one night and it really is a great find. The Hotel room we got has amazing views over the village and the Umbrian landscape. The host was brilliant and extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend a stay here for a bit of luxury.

The location was perfect and San Gemini is a fabulous small town to visit. We also ate in the San Gemini Palace / House restaurant and the food and service were excellent. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Swimmingpool, garden, the food at dinner, the wine, the room, the hotel. Everything is just great! Service is really good. The town itself is also picture perfect.
Loved this hotel, especially the staff and food, I needed a later check out and they did it complimentary - the views are spectacular - highly recommend
